Teaching Philosophy

The main purpose of education is to develop student’s learning ability, to increase their knowledge

and to add new knowledge that can develop their prior knowledge. The purpose of education is

also to prepare students to face life and environment.

I believe that a good teacher is a well prepared and organized, they be in their classroom early and

ready to teach. They present lessons in a clear and structured way. Their classrooms are organized

in such a way as to minimize distractions. Teacher must engage her/his students, they use facts as

a starting point, not an end point; they ask “WH” questions, look at all sides and levels, and

encourage students to predict what will happen next. It’s important to form a good and strong

relationship with their students, great teachers are warm, accessible, enthusiastic and caring.

Teachers with these qualities are known to stay after school and make themselves available to

students and parents who need them.

Teaching is an important factor that develop students’ knowledge and it can be a process where

students take information/ knowledge and some of them might give information. Teaching can be

reached in variety of different methods, it depends on the subject, student’s age and the curriculum.

It also can be defined as a way to deliver dates/ facts.

Pedagogy is a way to practice teaching, it shows way of the best ways to teach students and it’s

important in education it shows us that lessons can be taught in a different ways.

I believe that students must grow in a safe learning environments, where they can share their

thoughts and ideas about something, where they can take risks in learning, and a safe learning

environment is important to increase confident in students where they’re not afraid of learning,

exploring, expressing themselves and to be creative. Teachers should know their students and

know their levels to be able to teach and to provide the right lessons and assessments for all

students.
