APPLICATION

1. That there are three case pending in thre different courts
regarding the same subject matter and the titled as:
2. That all the above Suits are in regard of the same subject
matter id est H.No. 296, Village Maloya, Chandigarh within the
Red Line (Lal Dora) of Village Maloya bearing Hadbast No. 13.
First of all the present applicant had filed Suit mentioned at Sr.
No (i) and the other two Suits mentioned at Sr. No. (ii) & (iii)
were filed subsequently by the respondents.
3. That the above mentioned three cases are pending before
three different courts and to avoid conflicted Judgments the
present Applicant wanted that both the cases be consolidated
and transferred into one court. Hence This Application.
It is therefore respectfully prayed
that in view of the facts mentioned
above the present application may
kindly be allowed and the above
mentioned three Cases which are
pending in to three different courts,
may kindly be transferred into one
court in the interest of justice law
and equity.
Further the Respondents may kindly
be allowed to be served through
their counsels.
