She is knowledgeable about her subject, matter, as well @s sound educational methodology. Al is extremely wel planned and leaves nothing to chance. This ensures that she knows exactly where she is going at all mes. She has established relationships in the classrooms that are warm and nurturing. Her manner is caim, open and inviting, The students are eager to come and participate in her lessons. She teaches to the many Gifferent learning styles and academic levels in a classroom. Continue to make professional development an important part of an on-going commitment to fe-ong learning ‘STUDENT TEACHER RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK ON PROFESSIONAL GROWTH In regards to assessment, | will continue fo create and try new formative and summative assessments to help gauge my students! leaming. Using a variety of different assessments will assist me in getting a wel-rounded assessment of my students | believe that relationships with students are always a top priority, and | beleve that you never stop developing these relationships, | will continue to nurture and build the relationships that | create with my students throughout my entire ime with them. Classroom management and routine is something that has stood out to me during this intemship as extremely important It helps {guide the students behaviour, as well as create a sense of safety within the classroom. | will continue to learn and develop classroom management skills in order to create a routine to assist both my students and myself | wil continue to use diferentiaton as a way to make sure | am giving al of my students the best chance to learn.
