Case Study: an Information System Management Model

system, their interdependence and tight correlation.
1. The duration of the sub-processes. The duration of sub-
processes must be reduced as much as possible in order to
achieve the planned result at the process put point.
2. The possible threat to organizations’ information systems,
and describes methods of protecting electronic information
in processes, and recovering electronic databases in
finance management information systems.
Whether the total cost-effectives coefficient in the company
would fall under the threshold value of 1. The article has
proven that, based on the sample (profit-and-loss account),
there is no reason to discard the H0 hypothesis, as the
company’s total cost-effectiveness coefficient did not fall
below the permitted value of 1 for two years.
The research methods employed here include: case study,
modelling (data flow diagram and business technology matrix),
interview, measurement (determining the exact time),
statistical methods (indexes), observation, perception, analysis
(content analysis, business system analysis and other indicator
system), which will be used for determining business objects,
processes, events, information, documents and information
system protection measures.
Based on the description of the three information systems, one
comes to a conclusion that security management information
system protects data and valuable information of other
information systems, and data on the outcomes of process
performance. The purchase, finance, and security management
systems are stand are deeply intertwined and highly important
for the company management, and overall management of the
company and its information data.
The company did not operate cost ineffectively, and neither is
the overall cost effectiveness coefficient lower than the set
boundary of 1 for the strictly determined period. The company
operated cost-effectively. Thus, the conducted research has
shown that, based on the sample (profit-and-loss account),
there is no reason to dismiss hypothesis H0, i.e the company’s
overall
cost-effectiveness coefficient did not exceed the threshold
between the tolerated value of 1.

Discipline formation in information management: case study of
scientific and technological information services

An investigation of discipline formation per medium of utilization
of principles in a nascent profession, and to provide a historical
record of the development of a particular type of information
service
To test whether a particular service is carried out according to
the tenets of a domain-based information management
approach. This requires attention to be paid to planning and
strategy through administrative, analytical and operational
aspects.
A research question is therefore: does the provision of STI
services provide an effective exemplar for the discipline of
information management?
The study is undertaken using a protocol that considers the
services as information management applications. These
applications are analyzed in terms of overlapping administrative,
analytical and operational domains.
The three domains have proved in be useful in this case for
conceptualizing the application of information management.
They represent an approach by Middleton (2002) that endeavors
to illustrate how information management reconciles
information science principles. Therefore if such understanding
can be applied in similar cases, it should prove useful for the
planning and development of services.

The powerful impact that IT&C technologies have upon the
development of the last 20 years of the Romanian organizations

CRM). Data computing was based on data obtained from 40
firms, organized in 9 companies (90 % of the Romanian mining
companies).
The period we face, places organizations in an unpredictable and
instable environment; the solution of coping with such
circumstances can only be provided by a performing
management. Meanwhile, IT&C definitely influences the existing
organizations, and management methods become decisive for
the organization’s evolution.
The present social and economic circumstances the
conceptualization and use of certain advanced management
methods represent one of the main coordinates owing to which
management asserts itself as a fundamental element of
organizational culture.
