pressed parts and welded/brazed sub assemblies for all the leading
Automotive Manufacturars in India and abroad.

HI TECH METAL FORMINGS Facilities are TS 16949:2002 and ISO

14001:2004 Certified , Also these facilities have been audited and
approved by all leading Automotive manufacturers in India.

At HI TECH METAL FORMINGS the most latest management

techniques coupled with optimal cycle time in manufacturing are
practiced regularly to obtain right quality product first time and
every time.

HI TECH METAL FORMINGS has best skilled manpower resources and

METAL PROFILES is result of forward integration drive of HI TECH

METAL FORMINGS and was founded in INDORE (M.P) in the year
2006 with capital outlay of Rs.85 Million.

At METAL PROFILES in addition to sheet metal pressed parts ,

specialized assemblies ready to fit in vehicles are manufactured.

METAL PROFILES is ISO9001:2000 certified and is moving forward to

obtain TS16949 Certification shortly.

At METAL PROFILES also the working culture and practices are

similar to those of HI TECH METAL FORMINGS PUNE.

METAL PROFILES facility has also been approved and audited by all
leading automotive manufacturers in India.

HI TECH and METAL PROFILES put together have clocked net sales of
Rs.320 million for the year 2007.

FORMINGS and METAL PROFILES.

At both the above factories most optimal and economic

manufacturing practices are used giving a competitive edge in
today's market scenario and thus making both the plants extremely
competitive in Domestic as well as International market.

HI TECH METAL FORMINGS and METAL PROFILES have total installed

capacity of 10 million press strokes achieved thru battery of 75
Power Presses ranging from 5Ton to 200 ton capacity.

Both the Units(HI TECH and METAL PROFILES) are equipped with
state of art surface treatment facilities like Zinc Plating and ED
coating. These facilities are ROHS Complient.

At both the above factories common quality systems and objectives

are practiced so that flexible manufacturing possibility is always
available.

The PPM Level at end customer is less than 75 PPM and we are
thriving very hard to come to 0 PPM level.

The delivery performance of both above factories is 99.5% ( Door

Delivered) , This is very important achievement considering the fact
that we are single source for all the components and assemblies
supplied to our customers.
