BRIEF HISTORY
Barangay Sta. Cruz existed way back during the time where Barangays
were called “Barrios” and the Barangay Captains, “Tenyente Del Barrio.” It
was formally made into one of Quezon City’s barangay on July 26, 1962 by

Barangay,Ernesto B. Baetiong, Sr. are now on their second (2 nd) term as barangay

To better improve its management and safeguard the welfare of its people, the

THE NEW BGPMS

data and information gathered are useful in the identification of priority areas for

The DCF should be answered based on the performance of the barangay for the

Accomplishing the Data Capture Form (DCF) requires the creation of the Barangay
