During the last years, administration and its evolutionary process has had only a minimal and little

transcendental
changes, and some theories of the past century where they were only focusing on the productivity and less interest
in the importance and relevance of a man as a fundamental part of the productive process has governed the reins
of administration. Today many of the companies in the world apply this type of rules even when it has been proved
that they are a great leap in the administrative process of evolution and they are not precisely the best in order to
get the maximum objective of organizations today, because everything helps maximize returns even if it is little or
almost nothing. The application of administrative theories in many companies of small and medium size do not even
know about the fundamentals and basis and they are administered empirically.

PART I: WHY MANAGEMENT INNOVATION MATTERS? Will it be the end of administration? This chapter starts
with this question, and leads us to take a look at the very few changes in the administrative processes since the
beginning of the last century, criticizing the process of relaxation that has been already achieved that has lead the
administration to almost total stagnation. The application of theories like bureaucracy (among others) during
decades and decades, has proved that its application and its functionality had been only little questioned in
organizations of large scale whose only immediate objective it’s the profit of their owners, at the expense of anything,
probing exclusively for the maximization of returns and profits. But in a world of globalized markets with a changing
and increasingly demand of new products for society, the ability of organizations to change and re-adapt to this new
mankind needs, is the fundamental axis on which the different processes of production should revolve. Making the
effectiveness of such theories rethink and during this process we will be able of looking into the future and realize
that these ideas are more and more obsolete when it comes to responding to the needs of modern markets and the
new needs of mankind and our world. Innovation in management is really important because it enables a company
to maintain competitiveness in the future. The process of a good innovation in management will allow the company
to always get a higher profit margin and of course, stay ahead of its competitors, while poor innovation and old ides
in management can cause a company to be stuck with obsolete offerings to business. There are many models of
innovation: operational innovation, for example. Depends on the quality of the infrastructure of computer systems
and can be greatly affected by the application of some types of subcontracting processes, innovation o products
and/or services, that are affected by scarce protection of patents and accelerated innovation processes and
strategic innovation, this type of innovation is stable when a company has some competitive advantages that cannot
be matched by competition, we have to remind that this is only temporary and if the company is not able of keeping
ahead, there will be others capable of running over them, we can say that this type is temporary and last as long as
competition takes to decipher them. We can also say that that there is a type of administrative innovation, and this
one is based on the fact of administrative beliefs, rooted in the minds of administrators. The new generation of
administrators must be able to build business as agile as the change same, those companies that do not manage
to reinvent (the dinosaur companies) pay a high cost for it and sometimes can even disappear. These companies
will lose large amounts of money and if they want to recover from this situation they have to invest even more capital
in the process of trying to regain its position without any guarantee of being successful again.

Our era is distinguished by the acceleration of change and the ability of companies to transform when its needed.
This adaptability of organizations but most important: individuals, will go through the hardest tests in the coming
decades. This is why it is necessary to innovate and to start creating a new type of autonomous process where we
can build organizations capable of continually renew themselves without needing a crisis that provokes it.

PART II: MANAGEMENT INNOVATION IN ACTION. We can read in this chapter how important is the advantage
of administrative modification, we can see how the administrative innovation is everything and how it can change
the current way of managing processes that still based on the theories of the last century and how can we achieve
a competitive advantage by improving the performance of the organization. The change must come from the first
and fundamental link: man, as the pillar of all the entire productive process. He is the only one capable of changing
the way of how things are produced, there can be technology and automation during the productive process, but it
is the man who will manage it, administer and govern their destinations. Based on the quality of their decisions and
their contribution like an active element. Man can change the administration process in different ways, science for
example, where the man can transform technology and its innovation into a scientific analysis of processes. Capital
assignment, the administrator as a powerful entity needs to propose an adequate assignment of capital resources,
with the innovation process applied, he should allow himself and the entire organization how the change is going to
come up to be more flexible and way more adaptive in all their processes. The success of companies is also related
to how they are able to manage their intangible assets, which supply an enviable competitive advantage over their
closest competitors, through the creation of intangible assets like a logo an add or a type of image that everybody
can remember is one of the most successful techniques of all times, we all can recognize registered trademarks
only by recognizing their logo or some T.V. add. Managers and companies should also take advantage of the
wisdom of their employees and treat them equally. Every employee has the ability of solving complex situations,
and managers should understand that they solve it in many different ways and with all of these points stablished,
the construction of a global consortium construction should be possible, taking advantage of how a company can
be stronger just by creating a bond between different companies and how they can compete internationally by
generating a better performance by mutual complementation. Looking into new fields could be the way forward to
achieve competitive advantages based on this type of proposal, it is not only choosing an alliance with another
company it is more than just that, we can look into the future and see that the needs of our clients are always
changing and sometimes we are not going to be able of satisfying them all, and we need to open to new strategies
like this to start creating a new force of work.

All innovation must be supported by some types of principles, and they are processes implemented by looking into
the employees in a company, and also how they can change their force of work, also they need to consider
leadership and the recognition of employees, technology, new administrative processes and workers like the motor
of change in the administrative world. There are also some strategies that are not favorable to the innovation
process, but companies and managers should be able of choosing the best ones, one that applies to its situation
and how it is that they can achieve it, they have to consider capital investment, human resources, intangible
resources, employees and even some governmental policies.
