In the last day in my Teaching Practice (TP), and that was on Thursday the 15th of the

March, 2018. I was preparing some nice and unique cards for my English teacher,

Arabic teacher, art teacher, secretary and for the principle. My teacher gave me a gift

and I thanked her. In the class, I notice that my teacher follows some theories as a

Frobel theory which are give the students the freedom to choose any materials to

make their own work and to be creative, let them to explore the things around them by

put some materials in each corner, and let them to imagine. At the end of the day I sit

with my students before the time is over, I told them to be quiet 5 minutes and then I

will give you a nice sticker. This strategy was worked well, and the students were

quiet until the alarm of my phone rings, then I give them the stickers. I used this

strategy again after I gave them the stickers, but it does not work because they had all

ready the stickers that they want it. From this strategy, I learnt that it works only one

time in a day.
