Creating an UI for a mobile application

We would like an application that will include a set of functionalities that is for a
working with goals and relationships in an organisation and for this we have a basic
requirement list below. We also have an attachment file that explains the surveys and
how they work, these are short surveys on 4 questions.

For the functionality we describe below we would also like a master setting which
means the user could activate or in-activate different sections inside the applications.

Inside the “Management” page there is 8 sections as shown below, you could remove the
icon in the middle and replace it with our logo.

Below, inside the management page we have a number of icons that takes us directly to:

 Chat
 Private knowledge base
 Notifications
o Will have at setting icon on top right to be able to set what we want in the
notification flow. This should include all the 8 different areas
 Search
 Profile

Dashboard
 Goal fulfilment
o Show a bulls eye with green (center), yellow (middle area) and red (outer
area). The filter options should be (see below) and a drill down function
taking us to the task itself once its clicked on.
 Show the task results (GTD tasks)
 Show the changes result (change maker)
 Show all
 Showing result of surveys
o Domains/relationships/groups that are good (green), medium (yellow)
and bad (red)
 Drilldown
o To click on individual relationships/groups/domains to see what is not
good or what is good.
 Recommendations
o Plan actions for red and yellow
 Ecological picture showing you in an ecological context.
Change Maker
 Plan actions, show list of red and yellow items
o Choose an item on the list
 Plan What to do
 Write in Expected result
 Use Rating scale for the appropriate
individual/relationship/groups

 Standard context is connected to surveys and is:
individual/relationship and different groups that can be
named here.
 These contexts are connected to the survey settings, where
the groups set in the survey settings could be viewed here
as well.
o The survey settings groups/context should not be
able to be removed if the survey functionality is
enabled. This is due to that it effects the functionality
of the surveys.
