[ STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE / NARRATIVE ]

On 05/13/2018, Sara Jane Kane did knowingly and intentionally commit the act of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation by
grabbing the victim ( ) butt and breast . F.S.S. 800.04.5d a person who
intentionally touches in a lewd or lascivious manner the breasts, genitals, genital area, or buttocks, or the clothing
covering them, of a person less than 16 years of age, or forces or entices a person under 16 years of age to so touch the
perpetrator, commits lewd or lascivious molestation. 1 count

On 05/13/2018, I responded to , Islamorada, reference to sexual offense. Upon arrival I made

contact with Deputy Bryan Branco. Deputy Branco introduced me to the victim (will be
reference to as G.M.) and her father

Interview with ;

I asked G.M. what happened, which she stated her and were “catching lizards” when Sara Kane asked
G.M. to help her up the stairs. G.M. stated Kane started falling down the stair so she helped her up and into the house.
G.M. stated , Sara grabbed my hand hard and pulled her into the guest bedroom. Once in the bedroom, G.M. stated Sara
asked her to lay down with her then Sara pulled G.M. shirt up touching her breast, Kane then pulled G.M. pants half way
down and started grabbing her butt. G.M. stated she got up and told Kane no that is not nice, and Kane apologized. G.M.

stated Kane grabbed her by the back (hard) which she was unable to move and whispered in her ear "Can I lick your
pussy"? As she pulled down her pants and thong panties. G.M. stated got up and said no, ran downstairs, told of
the incident, and went to her neighbor’s home to call ( Father).

The victim was so afraid she left her phone in the bedroom with Kane. This fact was later confirmed by
said he left the children in the care of Kane down stairs while he went to the store. stated when
returned G.M told him what happened and he found Kane in the guest room lying on the bed.

Interview with Sara Kane; Post Miranda

Kane denied doing anything wrong and stated she could not account what transpired today and denied see the victim or
with is a conflicting stated from , and the victim which all said Kane was there all
day. Kane stated with an exception of her pants she was still wear the same clothing as this morning to include pink
thong underwear.
