Major projects Undertaken/Achievements at Tata Steel

• Gartner Maturity Model Survey: Member of the team which conducted the Gartner Maturity
survey of ITS in eight major disciplines and presented it in the knowledge management
session. Questionnaire was used for each of the eight disciplines followed by answer level
mapping and aggregation of responses to calculate the overall maturity level of the
discipline. The overall maturity level was found to be Defined (Level 3) for six of the
disciplines and Repeatable (Level 2) for the rest.
