MOTION TO RESET HEARING

COMES NOW the undersigned ACCUSED, unto this

Honorable Court respectfully states THAT:

1. Accused is represented by Atty. RRRR CCCC Jr., Legal

Aid Director of the Batangasa State University College of Law -

Legal Aid Center, who controls and directly supervises the intern,

AA CC Lopez, assigned to appear herein;

2. Accused was informed that the intern assigned herein

which this Honorable Court ordered to continue his appearance is

not available on October 20, 2017 (Friday) hearing, because the

College is undergoing midterm examinations, the intern must take

his examination in Civil Law Review on the same day, and thus

undersigned accused most respectfully requests for a resetting of

the hearing __________________________ or on such other dates

falling on _______________________________.
 3. That this motion to reset is not intended to delay this

case but based on above reasons.

WHERFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

moved that the October 20, 2017 hearing be reset to
