Teaching Effectiveness: Teaching effectiveness is important because effective teaching helps student
learning. It has become even more important as the emphasis on quality in higher education has
increased.

Best Practices: A best practice is a technique or methodology that, through experience and research, has
proven to reliably lead to a desired result.

Classroom Engagement: In education, student engagement refers to the degree of attention, curiosity,
interest, optimism, and passion that students show when they are learning or being taught, which
extends to the level of motivation they have to learn and progress in their education.

To instil values of education, boost academic performance and develop collaborative skills of
BSHRM Students.

Vision

Produce BSHRM Students that has values for education, knowledgeable and skilled.

Objective

To be able to give BSHRM students their needs in terms of educational values, boost their
academic performance and develop their collaborative skills.

Educational values: Education has the greatest value. All those activities that are good, useful and
valuable from educational point of view are considered as educational values. Education has its aims to
modify the nature of the education and not merely to supply a certain amount of knowledge.

academic performance: Academic achievement or (academic) performance is the extent to which a


student, teacher or institution has achieved their short or long-term educational goals. Cumulative GPA
and completion of educational degrees such as High School and bachelor's degrees represent academic
achievement.

collaborative skills: Collaborative skills are the specific ways in which students are expected to behave in
order to achieve class norms. After norms have been developed, collaborative skills are assessed,
prioritized and taught.
