I am writing in connection with my preceding request of reimbursement of the

expenses incurred on the medication of my bilateral endometrial cysts in my ovary,
which documents were coursed through Ms. Joelyn Pilapil of Philam Life. I was not
aware that the reimbursement must be made within 90 days which caused its late
filling.
