HIT forwarded ANSYS Fluent Neutral file & STP file for FCRI
verification.
Details from FCRi was asked for like pressure conditions at inlet and
outlet and also inlet & outlet diameters,temperature condition
Details requested by FCRI was forwarded by HIT.
Blower geometry with dimensions and in details,boundary

conditions in CFD were asked for.
1. What output you require from the CFD.
2. Design Flowrate, speed, pressure rise of blower.
3. Different conditions at which CFD is to be performed.
4. We assume the flowing medium is air. Conditions at entry are to
be specified as inlet velocity is given as 71.75m/s( in the report
provided by you) in the report.
The above are required to understand the quantum of work and
give a suitable quote.
As per Telephonic Discussion with Mrs S K Sreekala,2-3 Days will be
required to submit the proposal for CFD Analysis.

at rated voltage of Generator.
