Promotional Ceremony
Date: Thursday, May 17, 2018
Venue: Hyatt Hotel Grand Ballroom
Ceremony Time: 9:00-11:30 (Lunch will be served after ceremony)
Students must be present at Hyatt ballroom by 8:30am to prepare for line up
STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED 2 GUESTS
GUEST MEALS MUST BE PURCHASED BY GUESTS on or before
May 4, 2018-See your child’s 5th grade teacher
$25 for adult meal $12.00 for child meal (ONLY STUDENT MEALS WILL BE PAID
FOR WITH 5th grade FUNDS)

Promotional Attire: Sunday’s best


Boys: Slacks and Polo; NO JEANS, NO TSHIRTS, NO SLIPPERS
Girls: No low cut tops, Spaghetti straps must be worn with blazer/jacket, no high heels,
shoes must be closed toe, dresses or skirts must be knee length or below
