This draft amendment FprAA, if approved, will modify the European Standard EN 50464-4:2007; it is submitted to
CENELEC members for Unique Acceptance Procedure.
Deadline for CENELEC: 2011-09-02.
If this draft becomes an amendment, CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal
Regulations which stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without
any alteration.
This draft amendment was established by CENELEC in three official versions (English, French, German). A
version in any other language made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own
language and notified to the Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.
CENELEC members are the national electrotechnical committees of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus,
the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,
Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Recipients of this draft are invited to submit, with their comments, notification of any relevant patent rights of
which they are aware and to provide supporting documentation.

3 Committee CENELEC TC 14, Power transformers. It is submitted to the Unique Acceptance

17 “By agreement between manufacturer and purchaser the maximum temperature used for the
18 endurance test shall be 40 °C plus 0,8 times the oil temperature rise determined by the
19 temperature rise test.”
