wisdom and understanding, so that we can become effective channels of truth,
justice and peace.
In our proceedings today, guide us in the path of righteousness for the fulfillment
of Your greater glory.

Pursuant to the Rules – The Pre-trial order shall explicitly define and
limit the issues to be tried, unless modified before trial to prevent
manifest injustice. The Public Prosecutor, the counsel for the
petitioner, counsel for the respondent and parties must sign the pre-
trial order to attest to the correctness and their conformity thereto.

Let the initial presentation of the petitioner’s evidence on May 15,

2018. For each of the four witnesses, the dates set for each
examination shall be on May 15, 22, 29 and June 5. For the
presentation of respondent’s evidence, this is set on June 13, 2018.
The witnesses for the respondent shall be set on June 19, 26, and July
3, 2018.
