TALES of TARA – In Her Many Forms

.
Tara Tale from a dear one who calls herself, “a humble fledgling Buddhist from the
Himalayas.” .
.
“Ma, for me Tara is you, Tara is my daughter, Tara is me, Tara was my late mother (I
think she was the Red Tara, fierce, independent, fearless and very compassionate).
Tara is every woman I know, every mother.Tara came or comes to me in so many
ways. Since you are sharing Tara stories, here is one of mine. .
.
After nearly three years of trying to conceive, the entire medical process had taken a
huge toll on me... mentally, physically and emotionally. I had given up. Then I met my
root guru who is one of the great kagyu masters of our lineage, and asked him for
advice. He heard my story and just told me: "Do the Tara mantra practice. One million
times. You will have a daughter."
.
Rinpoche didn't say how or when this would happen. He just said to do it. He said that I
would become a mother! I immediately began the Tara mantra practice, and in very
short time, I became a mother! By Her kind grace, it came to be! Rinpoche said this in
early 2011, and In October 2011, my baby came to me! I became a mother. A Tara
mother!
.
Om tare tutare ture soha!”

<3 to all who depend on Her to fulfill their wishes for the Good. <3
