 Leadership and Coaching: Coached and trained the Clarke Middle School Track Team to win the
District Championship four times in a row. Coaching consisted of being Head Coach and Assistant

reach our goals and full potential.
 Customer Service: Effectively communicating bilingually via email, telephone, or face-to-face with
parents, students, and teammates. As a team we discussed goals, sales, and planning or scheduling.

 Teaching: Currently in an internship as a Student Teacher at El Dorado High School; teaching,
designing and maintaining lesson-plans. Interacting with students in Social Studies on day-to-day bases.
The El Dorado Social Studies department currently is ranked first in the Socorro District on STAAR
testing.

 Turned the Track Team around to finally win 4 District Championships after ten years of not having
success in that area.
 Coordinating practices, drills, and trips to be ready to compete using a personalized coaching technique
to ensure success.
 Motivated team players to lead and build team cohesion.
 Encouraged and helped student athletes develop interpersonal skills with one another to build
confidence in sports, school and life situations.
