This Agreement between RCMS Promotions Ltd and Parliamo where Promoter engages The Artist and The
Artist accepts the engagement to appear at the venue and upon the terms set out below:

City: Glasgow
Gig Venue: Broadcast
Gig Date: 9th of March 2018
Ticket Price: £8
Artist Guarantee: £200
Artist Split: 40
Promoter Split: 60

1. The Artist agrees to perform at the Gig Venue on the Gig Date and The Artist agrees to the salary of Artist
Split multiplied by the number of tickets that The Artist sells in advance of the engagement.

2. The Artist agrees to give to The Promoter the value of the number of tickets sold in advance by The Artist
multiplied by the Promoter Split.

3. It is agreed that payments between The Artist and The Promoter be settled before the event begins for the
purpose of this Agreement this shall mean the advertised Doors Open time.

4. The Artist shall receive additional payment of the number of Door Sales and TicketWeb sales specifically
for The Artist multiplied by the Artist Split.

5. The Promoter agrees to pay for and provide a PA system and operative.

6. The Artist is to have a Guest List as agreed in advance of the show between The Artist and The Promoter
such Guest List to be used for Music Industry Professionals. The Artist shall be entitled to have 2 (two)
Guest List places for every 10 (ten) tickets sold in advance by The Artist up a maximum Guest List of 10
(ten).

7. If The Artist cancels the performance except as a result of the actions or omissions of The Promoter within
42 days prior to and including the day of the performance The Artist is required to pay a Cancellation Fee to
cover the additional costs incurred by The Promoter as a result of the cancellation including but not limited to
the printing of new tickets and posters and the re-advertising of the changed line up. For the purpose of this
Agreement the Cancellation Fee shall be £150 (One Hundred and Fifty Pounds).

8. The Artist agrees not to accept any other live engagements within the City defined above for a period of
20 (twenty) days either side of the Gig Date without prior approval of The Promoter. Any breach of this
clause shall constitute cancellation by The Artist of this Agreement and The Promoter shall have the right at
The Promoters’ discretion to apply the Cancellation Fee.

9. This Agreement has been entered into in Scotland and the validity, construction, interpretation and legal
effect of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scottish Courts applicable to contracts entered into
and performed entirely within Scotland.
