IT WAS RESOLVED that Chris Morton be duly elected to act as Chairman of the Meeting. ‘The chairman called the meeting to discuss a letter from the Settlor of the trust dated 12" March 2012 whereby he requested that the Administrative Office, Trustees and Registered Office be change with immediate effect. IT WAS RESOLVED that effective 12" March 2012, the Trust’s Administrative Office be changed from Hamilton Trust Company (Nevis) Limited of P O Box 583, Morton House, Government Road, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies to Interis AG, Loewenstrasse 20, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland with immediate effect. IT WAS RESOLVED that effective 12" March 2012, Hamilton Trust Company (Nevis) Limited would resign as Corporate Trustees and EDG Group Ltd. of Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro of The Marshall Islands be appointed as the New ‘Trustee; and ‘THAT the Deed of Retirement and Appointment dated 12 March 2012 be approved ‘an adopted; and ‘THAT authorised representatives be and are hereby authorised to sign the document on behalf of the Trustees; and ‘THAT a copy of the said document be attached hereto.
