FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TO BE VALID, THE FOLLOWING TERMS MUST BE CLEAR, LEGIBLE, WITHOUT CORRECTION, AND AVAILABLE TO
THE SELLING COMPANY AT THE TIME OF VEHICLE SALE.
3 MONTHS 3000 MILES
Terms expire by time measured from the Vehicle date of sale or by mileage measured from the Vehicle odometer reading at the time of sale, whichever occurs
first. This Limited Warranty will expire the instant the Vehicle is sold to another party, given away, or traded. Any change to the preprinted terms and conditions
of this Limited Warranty is invalid and of no force or effect. If any information on this Limited Warranty is in error, contact the Warrantor immediately.
WHAT IS COVERED
For convenience, Covered Components are categorized by associated vehicle systems (or by vehicle type). Only those items listed after each sub-
category are covered for Your Vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. If a Covered Component Fails during the term of
this Limited Warranty, the Warrantor will pay for the repair or replacement of the Covered Component, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Engine Components: All internal Lubricated Parts of the Engine, Fuel Pump, Water Pump, Thermostat, and Thermostat Housing. Engine Block, Heads,
and Intake/Exhaust Manifolds are covered if damaged as a result of a Mechanical Breakdown of an internal Lubricated Part.
Transmission/Transfer Case Components: All internal Lubricated Parts of the Transmission and Transfer Case, Torque Converter, and Vacuum
Modulator Valve. Gear Cases and Housing are covered if damaged as the result of a Mechanical Breakdown of an internal Lubricated Part.
Differential Components: All internal Lubricated Parts of the Differential, Axle Shafts, Bearings, C.V. and Universal Joints, and Propeller Shafts.
Differential housing is covered if damaged as the result of a Mechanical Breakdown of an internal Lubricated Part.
Fluids, Seals, & Gaskets: Fluids, Seals, and Gaskets are covered ONLY when required with the repair or replacement of a Covered Component(s).
Hybrid, Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), All-Electric Vehicle, and Fuel Cell Vehicle Components: Generator Motor Assembly, Drive Motor
Assembly, and Traction Motor Assembly.
DEDUCTIBLE
All repairs performed under this Limited Warranty have a $100 deductible per repair visit.
MAINTENANCE & RECORDS
To obtain the benefits provided by this Limited Warranty, Covered Components must be maintained at a Licensed Repair Facility in accordance with the
Covered Component manufacturer's recommendations. Failure to follow the manufacturer's service guidelines may result in denial of coverage.
Proper documentation and verifiable receipts for all relevant maintenance and repairs may be required in the event of a claim. Receipts must reflect proper
Vehicle documentation (i.e. year, make, and model), the complete Vehicle Identification Number, the current mileage of the Vehicle at the time of repair, and
the date the service was performed. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. If a Failure is consistent with lack of proper maintenance, yet You are able to
produce relevant maintenance records demonstrating proper maintenance in accordance with manufacturer requirements, the claim will not be denied. At no
time will lack of maintenance records be the sole reason for claim denial.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON
HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU
SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE WARRANTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY TEARDOWN OR REPAIRS.
