The Unicorn Theory

Preface

I have been studying and researching the UFO phenomenon for approximately 30 years now. In all

that time I have read many books, watched many documentaries, seen many televised news reports,

and read a multitude of articles, and government declassified documents relating to the subject.

After so many years of research and study, there are several things that stand out, and not only stand

out, but are what I consider, glaring discrepancies. In this book, I will cover those things that do

stand out, but may not be obvious to the novice.

I draw on my experience with those televised programs, books, articles, and declassified documents

related to the subject to form some conclusions/opinions that, after decades of study and serious

thought, seem to glare at me (and should for anyone that takes time to study the subject thoroughly),

but can only be realized with studying a wide variety of sources over many, many years.

So, I hope you will find in this book many questions, and many answers (not just my conclusions, but

hopefully you will come to your own conclusions as well). The entire purpose of this book is to

pique your interest, and whet your appetite enough to do more research of your own, and to

hopefully open your mind to those things that now seem obvious to me, but which were, when I

began this journey, shrouded in layers of mystery and hidden behind filters and deception.

I am by no means an investigative reporter, but after all the years of reading, watching, and studying

of this subject, I believe I know enough about it to form some well supported opinions about specific

aspects that may not be obvious to others that are just starting to look into this subject seriously.

The Unicorn Theory

Chapter One - In the Beginning

I started this journey when computers were still mainly in the hands of the very wealthy, the

corporations, and the governments. It was at first, very difficult to do any serious research on the

subject. I was limited to books, paper articles, and televised programs pertaining to the UFO

phenomena, which made collecting any substantial amount of knowledge on the topic require an

enormous amount of effort and time. Now, with the advent of the internet, finding related

information is far easier. As with all things though, this too comes with its price, because even

though the internet makes information easier to collect, the very nature of the internet has at the

same time, made it more difficult to decipher what is truth and what is not. I’m not certain where I

heard it, but it was said that the internet is a double-edged sword. Anyone doing serious research

on this subject must verify all information to the fullest extent possible, otherwise you may be fooled

into believing something that is patently wrong. It has also been said that a sucker is born every

second. With those things in mind, you should approach this subject from a scientific point of view,

which is to assess all information you read, are told, or watch on video/programming with a

skepticism that makes you want to verify the information for yourself. Only those that have been

studying this subject a very long time, and with a substantial amount of healthy skepticism, will have

the necessary skills developed to peer past the deceptions, hoaxes, and falsehoods. In essence, you

should verify everything for yourself before giving any weight to any claim. This also, points to the

fact that you will need to learn to identify which questions to ask, which questions are more

important, and why asking the correct questions is very important.

For example, if you are a novice on the topic of UFO’s and just jump on the internet, and start looking

up UFO related material, you will find a multitude of material and information related to the subject.

The problem is that, more than likely, about ninety percent (if not more) of the information and

material you will come across, is false, purposely deceptive, or outright lies. This is part of the

reason that I decided to write what I have learned over these many years in a book, and also

recommend to anyone that is just starting to investigate or research the subject, to go and read the

old material in the first books, and news articles written about the subject. I went as far back as the

5
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter One - In the Beginning

nineteen forties and started reading all related material I could find from there forward. I have not

delved deeply into anything earlier than that. Although, it is not out of the realm of possibility for

me to do so in the future.

I know that writing a book is an antiquated way of doing things and takes more effort than say,

creating a blog or creating a YouTube channel and re-posting information that I could find anywhere

on the internet, but it serves to pass the information in a time honored way that displays the fact that

the author of the information for any book is willing to put into words their own experiences and

knowledge and preserve that information for future generations. You must admit that, with

computer crashes and devious people, digital data still not cannot be completely relied upon to

archive information in a way that cannot be manipulated or corrupted.

The body of evidence is growing with each passing day in support of extraterrestrial visitation.

There is a plethora of documentation now available on the internet that are copies of the original

material including pictures, MUFON files, government declassified documents, books and other forms

of media from the thirties, forties, and all the way up to the present day that support the idea that we

have been, and are being visited by extraterrestrials. There are growing numbers of people all over

the planet that believe we have been visited in the past and are still being visited to this day.

In fact, there is a movement by the Sirius Disclosure Project to expose that governments around the

world, and the U. S. specifically, have been covering up the visitations, and even going as far as to

disseminate false information. Dr. Stephen Greer is the founder of the movement. Well, he states

that some government officials are in the know, but that there is a kind of shadow government that

has operatives in key positions to facilitate the cover up. He was able to get a hearing before

congress to allow witnesses to submit testimony attesting to the fact that we are being visited and

there is a cover up of the entire visitation scenario that has been ongoing since the nineteen thirties,

and forties, and has continued all the way to the present day. The fact that the topic was put before

6
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter One - In the Beginning

congress should make you at least curious as to the veracity of the over 800 witnesses attesting to the

reality of visitation and subsequent cover up. Bringing a topic like this before congress is no easy

task, and should be taken quite seriously. Not to mention, that the caliber of the witnesses is of the

highest degree. This is just some of the information that is available to anyone who desires to

investigate this subject.

There are also other valuable sources like theblackvault.com that contains the largest repository of

FOIA requests to government agencies and subsequent documentation received on the internet

pertaining to the subject of UFO’s. This site houses the FOIA requests and the documentation

received from the various agencies which are scanned copies of the original government documents.

John Greenwald Jr. is the founder and owner of the site. If I remember correctly he started this site

when he was in his teens. It is a free site and you can peruse to your hearts content all of the

material and information he has received over the years for no charge.

There is also the civilian run scientific organization of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) where you can

see reports on UFO’s and investigations related to those reports. There are MUFON chapters and

investigators all over the world. MUFON is a great source for finding historical and current UFO

events. You can actually become an MUFON Field Investigator yourself if you are that interested in

this subject. They also support those that are only mildly interested in the subject and they are a

donation based organization.

And my personal favorite YouTube site Secureteam10. The site is owned and operated by Tyler

Glockner. This site is the most reliable, and dedicated to the truth, site on YouTube that has content

concerning UFO’s. Tyler has a healthy skepticism toward UFO videos and is not afraid to call out the

hoaxes. His site truly is the number one site for underground news leaks. He narrates his videos

and gives his opinions on each one he posts, but as always, he leaves it to the viewer to make up their

own mind about what is seen in the posted videos.

7
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter One - In the Beginning

The information I have given you above is a couple of what I consider the most reliable and

trustworthy sites on the internet for collecting information about the UFO phenomena. YouTube

and individual blogs are to be viewed with healthy skepticism always. The main reason for this is

because verification of the information is far more difficult unless the authors of the site being viewed

adds the source for where they received the information. If they have links or state where the

information came from, you can track back to the original source and verify whether the original

source of the information is trustworthy or not for yourself. If you find yourself on a site that does

not add links or state where the information came from, then assume that the information is suspect

and may be false or faked. Approaching these sites in this way will help keep you from being fooled

by individuals or organizations that have nefarious motives behind the information they put on the

internet. This also is good practice for any investigator or researcher seeking actual truth on any

subject. I’m not suggesting that you dismiss all information that cannot be tracked back to the

original source, just that it is far more likely to be fake if it cannot be tracked back to the original

source.

In summation - If you are truly seeking truth on this subject, then always verify the information you

are reading/viewing, otherwise it could be said you are not truly seeking the truth, and are willing to

believe nearly anything. Verification is always the best tool of an investigator or researcher.

Scientifically speaking, if a piece of information cannot be verified, then it cannot be held as fact. It is

instead held as a belief. A fact is a truth that has been verified and is demonstrable, such as; if I have

a stone in my hand and drop it, the stone falls to the ground. This is an undeniable and

demonstrable fact. If dropped, the stone will fall, and does, every time the action is performed.

You can try, but you cannot not deny a fact or truth that is demonstrable. You can change the

circumstances or the scenario (or if you like, the variables), but under normal circumstances, the

stone will always fall to the ground. You can say that you choose not to believe it, but it remains a

fact whether you believe it or not. Your “belief” is not required for a fact to be true or real, and your

8
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter One - In the Beginning

belief, or even a multitude of non-believers, has no effect on any demonstrable fact. Believing that

the stone will not fall to the ground cannot change the fact that it will, and does.

I will end this chapter here with the definitions of belief and fact:

Definition of fact - via Merriam Webster:

1: a thing done: such as

a: obsolete : feat

b: crime <accessory after the fact>

c: archaic : action

2: archaic : performance, doing

3: the quality of being actual : actuality <a question of fact hinges on evidence>

4:

a: something that has actual existence <space exploration is now a fact>

b: an actual occurrence <prove the fact of damage>

5: a piece of information presented as having objective reality <These are the hard facts of the case.>

in fact: in truth <He looks younger, but in fact, he is 60 years old.>

Definition of belief - via Merriam Webster:

1: a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing <her belief

in God> <a belief in democracy> <I bought the table in the belief that it was an antique.> <contrary to

popular belief>

2: something that is accepted, considered to be true, or held as an opinion : something believed

<an individual's religious or political beliefs>; especially : a tenet or body of tenets held by a group

<the beliefs of the Catholic Church>

3: conviction of the truth of some statement or the reality of some being or phenomenon especially

when based on examination of evidence <belief in the validity of scientific statements>

9
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter One - In the Beginning

As you will notice, fact and belief are closely related, but not the same thing. A belief can contain

facts which are demonstrable, but also, it can contain items or data that are not demonstrable

(non-facts). A fact can contain a belief, if the belief is demonstrable, but not items that are not

demonstrable. This is the difference between scientific study or research, and individual beliefs. If

you seek truth about a subject, always remember that a fact requires demonstration to be true, but a

belief has no such requirement.

10
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Two - Documentation

Documentation on any subject can be found nearly everywhere. Libraries, internet, coffee tables,

offices, news papers, news media, television, and government documentation (classified or not).

These are all forms of information or media on various subjects.

Documentation is generated on subjects when someone or some organization deems the subject or

topic worthy of writing about it or recording it. This desire to create a record is driven by an

individuals thinking process. Someone or a group of someones decide to write about or record what

they know about a given subject, usually after some event in their own life or someone else’ life. It

doesn’t necessarily have to be a “life changing” event, but just an event, or a result of some epiphany,

which can be classified as an event also. So, it is logical to say that written, recorded, or televised

documentary subjects or topics that are “fact” based are event driven. Someone deemed the

information important enough to pass on to others.

So, here we are in the information age. Information is abundant and easily accessible to all, even to

those with nearly insurmountable debilitation's that would otherwise, normally, keep the information

from them. Still though, there are individuals, agencies, and organizations that would thwart a truth

seekers efforts to find the truth about a given topic or subject by muddying the water, so to speak,

with what is now known as “disinformation” or “fake” information. This is a fact and is easily

demonstrable. I need not use supporting evidence here because it exists in nearly every form of

communicable information available to anyone.

Convincing someone or a group of individuals to believe in “as truth” an idea, or communicable

information, has existed for as long as man has existed, possibly even longer. It is just as easy to

convince someone or a group of people that an idea or other information is true, that is in reality,

fake or false (the opposite of fact or truth). Evidence can be faked or falsified by individuals or

organizations to make nearly anything appear to be real or fact. This is the conundrum of the truth

11
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Two - Documentation

seeker. The investigator’s or researcher’s will/desire to find the truth is paramount. It may sound

paranoid to you, but it is fact that investigators and researchers are lead away from truth all the time,

and probably always will be.

Even though we are seemingly constantly lead astray, there are great truths that have been revealed

to the general population and recorded for posterity, for all time, that can now never be undone

because they are self-evident and demonstrably factual. When one considers the truth in question,

it becomes self-evident to the thinker, or anyone that can think in terms of logic and reason. Take

for example the following quote by Plato:

Everything changes and nothing stands still.

~As quoted by Plato in Cratylus, 402a~

This is now a universally accepted fact. He basically has stated that the one universal constant is

that everything changes. Nothing remains still or is permanent. Everything we know, see, feel,

hear, taste, or sense in any way, is in fact, in a state of constant change. This is a universal truth. A

fact. Demonstrably true. You may say, “What about the speed of light or other universally

accepted constants?”, and I say to you, that everything is in a state of change, whether it is changing

extremely slowly (so slow as to be undetectable by humans), or whether it is observable change,

everything changes and nothing is permanent. If you look up our contrived universal constants, you

will find that they are approximations that are decided upon by a group of individuals and accepted as

constants for use in scientific application. In essence, they are in fact, not constants at all, but in

reality are a set of arbitrary values accepted as constants by the scientific community. It is a proven

fact that the speed of light changes depending upon the density of the medium through which it

passes. So, no, it is not a constant. Light in a vacuum is considered a constant, but light passes

through many densities as it travels, and changes velocity accordingly. So, the constant is

approximately 186,000 miles per second in a vacuum. Understand that this is only an approximation

12
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Two - Documentation

for scientific purposes and can be used in equations where a certain amount of tolerance is

acceptable (meaning plus or minus a certain amount is acceptable). Knowing this, it is acceptable to

consider a value, such as the approximate speed of light, as a constant for performing calculations

that allow for a certain amount of tolerance. Allowing an acceptable level of tolerance in some

equations is an accepted practice. If the outcome doesn’t need to be precise to ten or a hundred

trillion digits, then it is acceptable to use such constants.

Getting back to the documentation, documentation can be found on any subject. Verifying the

information that it presents, is a process that can take an immense amount of time, or very little,

based on the complexity of the information. In general, documentation is created when an event

occurs, and when someone finds out about it, or is affected by it, and they deem it worthy to record

the information about it. Also, there is the aspect that humans are fallible, which means that the

information recorded can be tainted by the person’s beliefs, errors or gaps in their memory, by their

perspective, or even their state of mind at the time of recording. What I am pointing out here is that,

finding the truth about any given subject is fraught with pitfalls, deceptions, lies, disinformation, and

the human fallibility aspect. So you may ask, “why bother?”. It is because I believe that, it is truth

that sets us free from tyranny. Ignorance of truth is the number one reason that whole populations

have been enslaved and/or controlled throughout our long history as humans. We can break free

from being controlled or being enslaved by not allowing ignorance of real truth to keep us held fast

where we are as a people. Ignorance has been used, and possibly is still being used to this day, to

keep whole populations held in their current status, and is a limitation that we, as the human race,

can overcome by seeking out the truth about a given topic or subject. Ignorance is the enemy of

freedom. Finding the demonstrable truth about a given topic or subject allows the individual that

has found it, the confidence, the experience, and the ability to know a fact as true, and the ability to

pass that information to others as true. When an individual knows a fact is the truth, he or she is

empowered by that knowledge, and can take action based on that knowledge. Fighting wars

doesn’t necessarily bring freedom, but knowing the actual truth does. It brings righteousness of

13
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Two - Documentation

cause (not in the biblical sense), in that, knowing a fact or a truth lends righteousness to ones own

experience of existence. Knowing that if I drop a stone, it will fall to the ground, lends righteous

knowledge of the truth to my experience of existence, and allows me to tell others, as a righteous fact

of reality, and with confidence based on that previous experience, that the stone will fall to the

ground. This also allows individuals to record that experience as a fact of reality and pass the

information on to future generations.

Here, I am attempting to demonstrate that there is a wide gap (really a chasm) between knowing

something as a fact and believing something as a fact. Knowing something as a fact, I define as

righteous knowledge. Experience is the only way to achieve righteous knowledge. Having heard or

read of something as being held as fact, is not the same as having experienced if for yourself. Having

heard or read something as fact allows you to make a conscious choice as to the validity of it, and to

decide whether or not to believe it. Having experienced it for yourself, there is no choice involved

because it will be ingrained, or absorbed by your very being. All of your senses will record the fact or

truth in your conciseness in a more complete way than reading or hearing about it. You will have

the full righteous knowledge of the indisputable truth, and in the fullness of that knowledge, you can

without reservation, or doubt, pass the information on as fact. What I am attempting to point out

here is that, people who have experienced something first hand have a more complete knowledge of

what transpired (an event, UFO or otherwise), that has imparted or recorded on their very existence,

righteous knowledge about that event. So, in my opinion, two or more people that describe the

same event in the same way, including the same details, implies that they have achieved righteous

knowledge about that event. Especially, if they give separate testimony that agrees to one another.

The implication is that they had the same experience of the same event. This is another scientific

tool that should be utilized by any investigator or researcher when dealing with stories that seem, on

the surface, to be outlandish, unbelievable, or inexplicable. Going all the way to the source of the

documentation, even to the people that originally experienced the event that generated the

documentation, is real verification of the truth of the information.

14
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Two - Documentation

Sadly, going to this extent is rarely (very rarely) achieved today, in the “information age”.

What I am getting to here is that true investigation or research, is uncommon these days. Generally,

even with the News Media, you get reports that are repeated from one station to the next with little,

or no verification. It seems to be the trend that a single reporter gets a story, reports it, and the

story is carried by all other outlets and quoted as fact, without even minimal verification. This

should be unconscionable to anyone that considers themselves an investigative reporter or

researcher. While I am certain that there is a reason that the News Media allows this sort of thing to

continue to occur, and although I do not know the true reason myself, I have my suspicions about

what the reason or reasons may be.

I have, so far, defined documentation and what drives it, and the pitfalls associated with accepting

any documentation at face value. Now, let us look at who generates some of the documentation,

and if said documentation can be trusted as fact or truth.

Many people in the United States believe our government when they tell us that something is true or

false. Their (the people’s) attitude is that if the government says it is true, then it must be true, or if

it is false, then it must be false. They think to themselves that “they wouldn’t lie to us, wouldn’t lie

to me”. That, I would consider “blind faith”. Some people do not take their (the government)

word at face value, and do try to verify that what we are being told is in fact, true or not. The

government generates documentation on every aspect of government, and on just about every other

subject I can think of. They classify (not security levels) and store all of this documentation. There

are warehouses, archival buildings, and computers systems with a plethora of government generated

documentation stored there. It has taken innumerable amounts of time, personnel, effort, ink,

paper, and other storage medium items to collect, collate, classify, house, organize, and disseminate

all of the available information. Needless to say, the amount of money involved since the founding

of this country, is probably incalculable. Heck, just one aspect of the cost of the operation of

15
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Two - Documentation

government, say; security classification of government generated documentation, is probably

incalculable. Here is a question for Congress, or whomever is in charge and can get the answer to

this

question: “Who decides what documentation, or subject gets what security classification, and are

there SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) directing the personnel how to classify each document

or subject?”. The second part of the question is rhetorical because I was in the military and I am

sure that there are SOP’s that direct who, what, when, where, how, and why each document gets a

security classification. In the military, or government, almost nothing gets done without following

an SOP to ensure that it is done to specifications and standards.

As stated in chapter one, theblackvault.com has the largest online repository of FOIA requests and

received documentation from government agencies. It is important to note that they have many,

many declassified documents related to the subject of UFO’s. What is actually of greater importance

to note however, is that the government generated documentation that relates to UFO’s was, at one

time, classified. In fact, I personally, have not seen any government generated documents (with the

exception of Air Force reports for public consumption and such) about the subject of UFO’s that were

not, previously, classified.

Let me restate that in a different way, the UFO topic is considered, by our government and other

governments around the world, a classified subject. Wait - What? Why? I will let you mull that

over for a minute. You should take a break here and truly give that last statement some time to sink

in. I will leave the rest of this page blank. You may want to write some notes here as to what you

think.

NOTES:

16
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Three - Classified

Our government and other governments around the world consider the UFO topic a classified subject.

This is not a belief. It is a fact, and is, demonstrable.

When the epiphany came to me, I was stunned. In my minds eye, it glared back at me belligerently.

While there may be memos and other such government generated documents that barely brush up

against the subject, or have oblique references to the subject, that are not classified, every document

that is clearly about the subject of UFO’s is or was classified. This glaring fact is what drove me

formulate my Unicorn Theory, and why I decided to write this book/essay.

I would like for everyone that reads this book to send FOIA requests to all government agencies and

ask for any documents containing the word UNICORN to find out if our government or other

governments believe in unicorns or considers the unicorn topic classified. I am willing to bet my

meager earnings that you will not find a single document that has unicorns as the subject and is

classified, unless of course, there is a classified project labeled UNICORN.

My reasoning is that the U. S. government, and other governments around the world, truly does

not/do not deem the subject worthy of putting on paper, let alone, giving it a security classification.

This is because it is patently ridiculous to think that our government(s) would believe in the existence

of unicorns, because they truly do not exist. It is a fact. Not a belief. Therefore, you will find no

government generated documentation related to the existence of unicorns, or any other such fairy

tale creatures. Why would you? It is because the absence of evidence world wide for unicorns

denotes the fact that they do not exist. You can not read any government generated declassified

documentation that states the military chased a unidentified flying unicorn, but you can read

government generated and declassified documents that state that the military chased a UFO. There

are those that would say that all instances of “UFO” sightings and military chases of “UFO’s are

nothing more than a military pilot that could not identify one of our own secret military project

17
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Three - Classified

aircraft or that they chased a reflection of the planet Venus. And the next question should be, “Why

were they chasing the UFO if our military (or some other) created it?” or “how is is possible that the

best of the best could not identify the planet Venus?”

Further, why would some branches of the military not be notified of the existence of certain secret

military craft so that it could be identified as friend instead of foe? Do the officials in charge not

care if our pilots (pilots that are the creme of the crop so we’re told, i.e. only the best get to pilot

experimental aircraft) get taken out by our own military? Why would it be considered a breach of

secure air space if one of our own “secret military vehicles” flew through our own secure air space?

These are some of the few questions I have about this subject that need to be directed at our

government(s). I fully understand that the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, but

show me a unicorn or any documentation related to unicorns that can be verified, and I will consider

the possibility that they exist, otherwise, don’t bother me with actual fairy tales.

That sums up one of the glaring discrepancies that I wrote of in the first chapter. There are others,

but I wanted to focus on the Unicorn Theory in this book/essay. The glaring fact that our

government(s) classifies government generated documentation that is related to UFO’s implies that

they do believe that they are real, that they are extraterrestrial, and our governments(s) may be in

communication with them, but do not want the general public, or the world wide public to know

about it. If they thought the same about unicorns, there would be a plethora of declassified

information about unicorns everywhere. There would be government generated and declassified

documentation proving that there is government interest in the subject. There would be

documentation describing the chase and radar returns, and how they got away. However, there is

none. Why? Because unicorns truly do not exist and our government(s) truly have no interest in

things that do not exist.

18
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Three - Classified

You understand that I am using the ridiculous notion of unicorns actually existing, to point out how

ridiculous it is to think, that if our government(s) truly believe that extraterrestrials truly do not exist,

or visit earth, then why create so much classified documentation on the subject. Really? Can you

look at all the declassified documentation, and really, truly say I believe the government(s) when they

tell me it was just a weather balloon? That my friend, is self-inflicted ignorance. You may desire

for it not to be true, so you decide, you make a conscious choice, to not believe that UFO’s or

extraterrestrials exist, you choose to ignore the evidence before your eyes. It stands to reason that

if the government(s) truly had no interest in fairy tales (such as UFO’s, E.T.’s, or Unicorns) there would

be no documentation for us to find related to the subject. Any person that can think logically and

reason this through, will come to the realization that this is a fact. Even if you believe the

government(s) when they tell you that extraterrestrials/UFO’s do not exist, are you really okay with

them spending incalculable amounts of money on security classification of documentation related to

the subject, and spending money on the fuel for chases by jet fighter pilots of the planet Venus?

Really? Is our government(s) and military organizations manned by such incompetent morons?

Because, dear reader, you must believe that they are incompetent morons if you believe that a pilot,

that was not fired after chasing the planet Venus, continued in his career and retired with a

comfortable amount of retirement pay from the government/military. Say it isn’t so! We cannot

allow these incompetent morons to remain in office, if you truly believe them when they say it was

swamp gas, or temperature inversion, or whatever other explanation they come up with, and then

generate security classified documentation, even though they do not believe in the subject, or the

existence of E.T.’s (extraterrestrials). Especially, if there is declassified documentation that directly

conflicts with, or contradicts their stance on the entire subject! And there is. More and more

documentation is ending up on the internet every day.

There are those that spend their time attempting to debunk all the videos, documentation of all types,

pictures, articles, documentaries, and any other type of recorded material that is about UFO’s, but

they cannot dispute that there are government generated documents concerning UFO’s and that

19
The Unicorn Theory

Chapter Three - Classified

those documents are all, or were, previously classified (as stated before, with the exception of

documentation specifically aimed at public consumption). Regardless whether all government

generated UFO documentation is or was classified, the question you should ask is “Why is even a

single UFO related government generated document classified at all?” So, now that I have summed

up the Unicorn Theory, there should be an outcry for documentation from the governments around

the world (via FOIA) for documentation on unicorns. This would/should embarrass them into

admitting that there is actual/factual interest by the government(s) in the topic of UFO’s and that our

government(s) believe them to be real and extraterrestrial. If they (the governments) still deny their

interest in the subject, then there should be follow-up after follow-up about why they would waste so

much time and money on something non-existent, and why not waste time and money on unicorns

instead.

Logically speaking, it just doesn’t make any kind of sense at all that our governments would bother

classifying any document on this subject if they were truly convinced that UFO’s do not exist. Do

they take us for children? Do they expect us to accept that they have generated all this

documentation relating to the subject, taking the time, money, and effort to classify and store it all,

and expect us to just allow them to tell us that they have zero interest in the subject? Really? If

that is the case, I believe that I will start paying my taxes with unicorn money, because I believe it

really exists and is more rare and more valuable than gold.

Dear reader, you should be outraged by the overwhelming deception by our governments about this

subject! The implication of all that I am saying here is that our governments really do believe UFO’s

are real and extraterrestrial, otherwise there would be no generation of documentation, and there

would be no security classification of said documentation. This should lead anyone investigating this

subject to a cascade of implications and further questions, which is; if they do believe UFO’s exist, and

they are actually real, how long have they known?, what have they been doing about it?, are they

in contact with E. T.’s?, why would they keep it secret?, and a plethora of other questions that will

undoubtedly continue to come as a result of this epiphany.

Still, even if all the questions above are asked of our government(s) officials, I suspect that there is

likely a contingency for addressing this, or if not they will simply ignore the questions and

implications.

Chapter Four - About Me

So, at this point, you may be asking yourself, “Who the hell is this guy?” and “Why is he writing a book

about UFO’s and the government?” and “What makes him think he is qualified?” And probably many

other questions bouncing around your head concerning me.

Me? I’m just a simple ex-military guy that has struggled with the UFO subject since I was

approximately 8 years old. I remember watching the Apollo missions live, and the Project Blue Book

news clips back in the 60’s on our black and white TV. I found those subjects intriguing, and

captivating. As a child, I tried to grasp why the Project Blue Book government officials were on TV

telling us that it was temperature inversions, and swamp gas, and that there was nothing to fear, and

I wondered why there was a government office associated with UFO’s if there was nothing to the

subject. I saw interviews with J. Allen Hynek explaining some UFO incidents, then years later found

out, after Project Blue Book ended, that he wrote books on the subject of UFO’s stating that the

subject needed more scientific study because there were too many sightings that could not be

explained away, and that the government was being deceptive.

I go to work every day, like any other Joe, but this subject has been nagging at me for 45 years now.

I have spent nearly half a life time studying the topic.

Yes. I have experienced a sighting myself, and have only mentioned it to a few relatives, and some

friends. I have never filed a report on it. I won’t bore you with the details here, but you should

know that what I saw was something that we, as humans, could not create then, or now. “How can

you know that?”, you may ask. Believe me, I know. We, as humans, do not have the technology to

reproduce what it was doing. That’s part of why I never filed a report. It was literally unbelievable.

Even so, I do not doubt what I saw. I know what I saw was a real object and I know that we cannot

make anything that could reproduce what I saw it doing. I am a average man, but I have a lot of

experience in many areas. While with the U. S. Marine Corps, I served aboard two separate ships at

separate times, and traveled around the world twice. We stopped in many different

countries. After receiving a Physical Disability Discharge from the military, I went home to Florida.

I became a computer technician, and advanced my career to Broadcast Information Technology

Engineer with a local TV station. I have owned and closed several businesses over the years, all

related to the computer industry. I am not a college graduate, although I did complete high school.

My education really began once I was out of school. I pursue several scholarly topics, although not

in a formal way. I prefer to study such topics at my own pace because I find school with strict

regimens and deadlines to be tedious. I have worked in many industries over the years.

Commercial Electrical industry, Computer industry, Copier repair, Network wiring, Network

Administrator, Field Radio Operator, Personnel Administration. The list goes on. Needless to say, I

have a wide variety of experiences from which to draw upon. Some would say I am part of a dying

breed, a self-made man. This is not a boast, simply fact.

Dear reader, I am giving you my background so that you will know that I am a real person, like you,

with real experiences. In this way, you can be sure that I am not an agent of disinformation. I need

not give proof here, because you can find me online. There are those that will scoff at my

background and schooling. I do not care. I continue to improve myself educationally by taking

courses online that I find interesting. I consider myself intelligent enough to think logically and

critically. Qualities that are difficult to find in the younger generation these days, although not

entirely impossible to find.

This book/essay idea popped into my head when I had the epiphany about the documents generated

by government agencies concerning UFO’s and that they were all classified. Some may think, and it

may be, that I am not suited to writing a book. I don’t care. I am writing this book/essay because I

believe it is something that needs to be pointed out. In my opinion, it is worthy of being written

down, and I cannot leave it to someone else to write.

Chapter Four - About Me

I will tell you here that I am still on the fence concerning whether E. T.’s are real, but as I think

logically about the subject, I realize that I can quantify where I am on a scale. Out of 100, 100%

being in favor of completely believing UFO’s/E. T.’s to be real, I am probably 85% sure that they are

real and 15% not sure. The 15% doubt is because I have not shaken the hand of an E. T. yet, or seen

one, or heard one, etc. While I have seen a UFO, I have yet to have a close encounter of the second

kind or greater, which leaves room for doubt. Also, I consider myself Christian. I believe in God,

and that in no way excludes my tendency to believe in UFO’s or E. T.’s. I do not believe that religion

(belief in God) or the belief in E. T.’s and UFO’s is mutually exclusive. For me, there is no conflict

between the beliefs. I am not trying to offend religious believers. My philosophy about these two

topics is such that there is room for both without conflict. Although, it does raise some interesting

questions at times.

I am not the sort of person that passes judgment on other people. If you were to tell me that you

have been in close contact with an E. T. entity, I would not immediately think you are cuckoo, but at

the same time, I would probably ask you to prove it. If you could not, or refused to prove it, I might

then, think you are kind of nuts, and wonder if you are dangerous. To me, truth resides within fact,

and facts are demonstrable. Like they say in Missouri, “Show Me”.

Well, I won’t bore you further with my background. I’m sure just that much about me has bored you

enough already. But, to sum it up, I am an average Joe, just like the majority of people on this planet.

I do not apologize for it. As a matter of fact, I wear the mantle proudly because most people that I

have met that are an “average Joe” type of person are honest, hard-working, down-to-earth people

that are just trying to make a living and do what is right. Not an unworthy title to aspire to in my

opinion.

I may work on a follow up of this book, with proofs and documentation supporting my opinion on this

subject, but for now this is all that I have worked on presently. Thanks for taking the time to read it.
