AGREEMENT OF SUBDIVISION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE,
EMILY B. MOLENDRAS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of and
postal address at Botbotones, Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac; and

EDMUNDO M. RANCES, of legal age, married to Aida M. Rances, Filipino

citizen, and a resident of and postal address at Lot 66 Blk 56, Purok 2, Aquino St., Brgy.
Upper Bicutan, Taguig City.

WITNESSETH:
THAT WE are the registered co-owners of a certain parcel of land known as Lot
No. 11610-D, situated in the Barrio of Botbotones, Municipality of Sta. Ignacia, Province
of Tarlac, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWELVE (2,512)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, and embraced by and under OCT No. P-21440 EP
No. P-036915-03-13959, of the Registry of Deeds, Province of Tarlac;
THAT WE have caused the subdivision of the said property into FOUR (4) sub-
lots to segregate our respective ownership as shown on the approved Subdivision Plan
as per Psd-03-221797, duly approved by the Chief Survey and Mapping Division DENR
Region III City of San Fernando (Pampanga) on July 27, 2016;
THAT WE have agreed to adjudicate the resulting sub-lots in the following
manner, to wit:

THAT ALL the parties were present during the survey and hereby confirm and
agree as to the sites and location and shares of each;
FINALLY, the parties here request the Hon. Registry of Deeds of Tarlac to issue
separate titles for each sub-lot upon payment of the required legal fees, thereof;
