1. OVERVIEW
The Educational program is based on the vision and mission of the school that has
been developed by the School board and committee. The Educational program is
prepared based on careful consideration of the needs of students and parents. It
presents a holistic and operational overview of the education provided at the school.
The Educational program is implemented by all members of the school staff
including teachers and administrators.

Our school is a modern, friendly and innovative educational platform that prepares
children to progress to further stages of education in a safe, happy and supportive
way. Our students learn tolerance and respect for national differences and cultural
variety. Our school is a creative centre working closely with the local community. The
development of students is supervised by qualified, competent, committed and
responsible teaching staff, applying modern methods of teaching and education. Our
educational platform helps students and teachers to develop important skills and to
raise awareness in multiple areas. Our school promotes the development of both
students and all members of the school community, helping them to use their
potential to become fully-fledged individual human beings.

At the Szczecin Academy of International Learning our goal is to provide a safe,
happy and supportive educational platform where children of all cultures can develop
and achieve top results while enjoying the benefits of integration and receiving the
best quality in international education.

7. IMPLEMENTATION:
Staff
will treat all children equally, irrespective of gender race, religion or disability
play an active part in building up a sense of community and will apply

Children
children's achievements, academic or otherwise, will be recognised

Parents:
have the right to educate their child in accordance with their own
religious and moral beliefs, as long as they are not in conflict with

8. CEREMONIES/TRADITIONS
The school holds a variety of ceremonies to celebrate traditions which
have value to members of the school community. These ceremonies are
considered important events in reinforcing the aims outlined in the school
educational program. Guests are often invited to take part in activities
organised in the celebrations and form a good opportunity for students to
exercise positive attitudes towards school and national symbols.
Ceremonies help instil in students a sense of local patriotism, as well as
teach respect for national traditions and cultural differences. Our school
takes in to consideration the importance of national and religious holidays
and traditions respected by students from many different cultures,
nationalities and religions.

End of School Year Celebration Ceremony
Through the organisation and active participation in a variety of school
events, our students learn independence, responsibility and above all,
cooperation within our community. Students are often encouraged to take
responsibility for small tasks in the ceremony preparation process. They
are motivated to take initiative, use creative thinking and accept
constructive criticism.
