Welcome to Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, we hope you have a pleasant time
during your fellowship attachment with us. Before starting your fellowship
attachment, please careful read and understand the statement below.
Owing to safety concern, we highly recommend fellow to stay in the hotel
we recommended. If fellow choose to shift out from accommodation we
suggested, safety issue will be on fellow’s responsibility.
According to China’s Law, foreign nationals in China must register their
temporary residence with public security bureau (PSB) to obtain a stay
certificate. For foreigner stay in hotel, hotel will be register on behalf.
Whereas, foreigners who reside in dwelling place, they shall report to PSB
within the first 24 hours after arrival at dwelling place.
For fellow who is staying in China, you are expected to have medical
insurance coverage including oversea health care. If you are not having any
of those back in your hometown, you are oblique to inform us and obtain
medical insurance coverage in China.
After reading the above statement, I clearly understand and will abide
accordingly.
