I request that Mr. George LeMieux is impeached and is asked to explain high and clear the following violations of my rights.

I am accusing Mr. George LeMieux for:

• Violation of the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution: Accomplished in letting me go through two court cases,
where I was discriminated and where key evidence was hidden, without protesting about this violation of my rights.

He has also been informed about the hidden key evidence; the letter from the Danish Police Attorney Jens Rasmussen,

which is a document in my favor. The document was kept away from my former lawyers in both court cases against me.
(Jens Rasmussen is one of the persons whom I request to be extradited to present declaration in a USA court for

clarification of this crime).
Justice obstruction by failing to represent me upon my requests. He has failed to intervene and protest about the State

Department’s and the American embassy’s defective processing of my case. He has failed to ask the Secretary of State
to protest about the Danish court systems unfair and discriminatory handling of my case and he has not even answered

any of my approaches to him.
• Violation of the Florida Constitutional Amendment, Article 1. sec. 16. Rights of accused and of victims: In the court
case (and the appeal case) against me, the Danish police could never explain why they arrested me in the first place,

and whatever the reason was, I was not part of the indictment; so beside that the arrest was illegal, I was sentenced on
the basis of something that was not a part of the charges. I was discriminated in both courts (the American Embassy

protesting about the first incident) and key evidence in my favor was hid from my defense lawyers until after the case

was closed. My rights as an accused, under the Florida Constitution have been violated, and even he knew my Senator
has done nothing to protest about this in the right place, even though that those rights are basic and common outside

Florida and the USA too.

• Violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 (VCCR), Article 36 (a, b and c): Silencing with

premeditation the arrest of a USA citizen, failing request the State Department to protest to the Danish government

and the Danish authorities about the illegal arrest, torture, kidnapping and negation of letting me contact the USA
embassy or consulate, as it is stipulated in the my USA passport page 4.4, as well as negating me a lawyer. A request

about the reason for my arrest was dispatched by the USA consulate 25 days after my report to the USA embassy.

This was delayed with unjustified premeditation, and Mr. LeMieux has not done anything to
represent me as my Senator on any of these issues.
• Discrimination. At the time of his accomplished silence of my case. Because other USA
citizens arrested in a country which does not even have diplomatic relations with USA, enjoy
having VCCR protection and full protection from the USA State Department; example, Alan
P. Gross, USA citizen arrested in Cuba. In this case senators asked Hillary Clinton to give
Alan P. Gross all kind s of constitutional protection and to make the case a ‘top priority’. In

my case Mr. LeMieux has done nothing. – I want to enjoy the same rights as other USA
citizens have been enjoying.
In Mr. LeMieux’s Senate webpage, www.lemieux.senate.gov, he writes: “I am honored

forward to hearing from you and assisting in any way I can.” But even though I have
contacted Mr. LeMieux, he have not given me any kind of assistance or even
contacted me to know more about my situation and how he could assist. This is

• Conspiracy against Rights (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18, U.S.C., Section
241). Being chosen to serve and represent the people of Florida (where I belong as American

citizen) under The USA Constitution, and by that the rights of the American citizens, George
LeMieux has also obligated himself to protect the rights of the VCCR. He also has the
position to ask the Secretary of State or the Attorney General to protest to the Danish Foreign
Minister or the Danish Minister of Justice Prime about how Danish authorities violate the

VCCR and human rights, like for example a fair trial. He was informed about my case and
my situation – also about that I was prosecuted with hidden key evidences. By failing to live
up to his obligations and not exercising his power as mentioned above, he collaborated with

• Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18,

defend me, he decided to protect national- and foreign authorities and a foreign government
instead. Letting me go to a court without judicial guarantees, which it is a violation of the
