Michigan Standard I: Visionary Leadership


Goal – Develop my leadership skills in the continuous improvement process.

Activity – I will lead district and school improvement meetings.

Activity – Collaborate with technology department to identify technology goals to support


district/school improvement.

Michigan Standard II: Cultural & Instructional Leadership


Goal – Build, support and sustain district-driven Instructional Support Time initiative
Activity – Observations for Elementary, Middle and High Schools

Activity – Participate in data digs with schools
Timeline – 3 x/year

Goal – Develop understanding of school management tasks and operational systems

Activity – I will attend community events attend district leadership and building principal meetings.

expected outcomes.

Activity – Participate in teacher observation and evaluation process

Goal: Develop understanding of ethical decision making and social justice within the school
Activity – I will attend district Cultural Competence trainings with leadership.

and expected outcomes.

Activity – I will attend district leadership and building principal meetings.
