Our vehicles don’t just deliver packages; they also deliver our brand. Our prominent logo,
along with the strong white backdrop, creates a bold look that cuts through everyday clutter.

Our vehicles are powerful visual cues that make big

impressions. GSPs must apply correct and consistent
branding to maintain this distinctive look. Your FedEx
Regional Marketing representative will work with you to
develop individual schematics for the vehicles in your fleet
to maximize decal size and placement. 3M® vinyl is re-
quired to ensure color consistency and quality. All decals
must be ordered from a FedEx-approved decal converter.

All fleet vehicles must be painted in FedEx white or an

equivalent match. Vehicle cleanliness and condition are
important aspects of branding as well. For more infor-
mation on proper vehicle maintenance, review the FedEx
Power Application Audit Guide (Asset ID 110794)
available at brand.fedex.com.

FedEx uniforms make millions of brand impressions every day. They give couriers and other front-
line team members a consistent, professional look that inspires customer confidence. When we
present ourselves well, customers notice and expect great service.

FedEx manages a modern global uniform and work-

apparel program of branded attire for customer-facing
employees. GSPs must adhere to all FedEx brand style
guidelines with regard to uniforms.

• Drivers, couriers, and service agents should wear the

full FedEx-branded uniform with no modifications or
added GSP logos.
• Uniforms must be properly cleaned and maintained to
ensure a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
• VF Imagewear is the only approved uniform
manufacturer for FedEx. Uniforms may not
be locally sourced.
• Contact your regional marketing representative to
