AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, RUBY T. GONZALES, Filipino, of legal age, married with residence and post
–office address at Purok 3, Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, after having been
duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of the parcel of land covering Lot No. 229-K-6-B-2-C-
2-A, Psd-10-008905 situated in Barangay Casisang, City of Malaybalay,
Province of Bukidnon, containing an area of 495 square meters more or less
and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-58037 issued by the
Register of Deeds for the Province of Bukidnon;

2. That the above landholding has no tenant and is free from liens and
encumbrances;

3. That I am attesting to the truth and veracity of the foregoing facts;

4. That I am voluntarily executing this affidavit for the purpose of securing a

loan with 1st Valley Bank and whatever legal purpose/s it may serve.

In WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 5th day of

June 2018 at Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines.
