2. Vitamin and mineral deficiency

Inadequate intake or poor absorption of vitamin B12 and folate into your body can lead to a blood disorder
known as megaloblastic anemia. This disorder can lead to excessive or abnormal production of red blood

When hypothyroidism is left untreated, the symptoms may advance and become severe. You may
