Good day!

We thank you for giving us the chance and the privileged in doing business with your Company to
serve your trucking requirements.

But due to the current huge increase of fuel and other incidental expenses this time, we are left with
no choice but to seek your approval and consideration for an increase of our trucking rates as follows:

FROM CY TO MEPZ 1 and VICE VERSA

1x20 Pier – Door P6,000

1x40 Pier – Door P7,000

FROM CY TO MEPZ 2 and VICE VERSA

Size Mode of Service Rate

1x20 Pier – Door P6,500

1x40 Pier – Door P7,500

FROM CY TO MEPZ 3 and VICE VERSA

Size Mode of Service Rate

1x20 Pier – Door P7,000

1x40 Pier – Door P8,000
Our Terms and Conditions would be as follows:
1. Rate is VAT inclusive.
2. Booking should be made at least 1-2 days prior to pick –up.
3. Free Demurrage for 3-days inclusive on the delivery date.
4. In excess thereof, a charge of P700.00/day for 20 footer and P800.00 for 40 footer up to 5th day. On the 6th
day, a charge of P1,400.00/day.
5. Reposition charge of P2,500/loaded container
6. Free Waiting charges for 2 hours only and in excess thereof, a charge of P500.00/hour; and a foul trip rate of
100% if delivery is being served.
7. PAYMENT TERMS: 15 CALENDAR DAYS FROM DATE OF BILLING
