Iris Campbell from the Violent Crimes Division responded and initisted a criminal investigation which was documented under PSO ense number 17-087350. D/S Lasso was still wearing his PSO vest and firearm when he arrived at the Cricket Wireless store. According to DY/S Lasso, he told QE to stop dating his daughter and this would be his last warning. D/S Lasso claimed he knew ps mother and aunt, and wpuld go speak to them, DAS Lasso told Det. Campbell he did not make any threats to shoot =: his mother. Campbell observed carlier at D/S Lasso’s residence. According to the footage, D/S Lasso ol! And your mom's.” Their encounter was brief before DIS Lasso walked away. On June 29, 2017. Det. Campbell filed this criminal case with the State Auomey's Office. The criminal charges included: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon in violation of Florida State Statue 784.021(1)(a), False Imprisonment in violation of Florida State Statue 787.02(2). and Giving False Information Concerning the Commission of a Crime in violation of Florida State Statue 837.05(1). On October 5, 2017, the State Attorney's Office provided 4 memorandum which stated charges would not be filed against D/S Lasso.
