AD1 Global Purchases Hilton Rocky Mount

Hollywood, FL, June 14, 2018 --(PR.com)-- AD1 Global, a hotel investment, acquisition and
development company announced the purchase of Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Rocky Mount.

"We are currently in a high growth stage and are looking for strategic acquisitions in performing
markets,” said Alex Fridzon, AD1 Global CFO.

The 166-room Doubletree by Hilton in Rocky Mount NC, is located just off Interstate 95 directly in the
middle of the popular New York to Florida highway route. It is a common stop for many of the nation's
travelers and Amtrak trains. The hotel is also adjacent to highway 64 and near the city's major hospital.

Less than 15 minutes away from the hotel the Triangle Tyre company will be building a manufacturing
plant that will create 800 jobs and invest nearly $580 million in a 1,449-acre advanced manufacturing
mega-site. The project is estimated to contribute more than $2.4 billion to North Carolina's economy.

The property features an on-site steakhouse serving Texan cuisine, as well as a heated outdoor pool and a
fitness center. Other amenities include a free area shuttle, 10 meeting rooms and a business center.

This is AD1 Global's second acquisition of 2018. They also purchased the Wyndham Garden Greenville
Airport hotel earlier this year. The company is developing hotels in Palm Bay, Dania Beach, Tamarac and
Orlando, Florida.
