The SENIOR CITIZENS of Zone 5, Bangued, Abra are in dire need of financial assistance to
promote a better livelihood and to enhance their families to cooperate in the improvement of the
Barangay.

We, the SENIOR CITIZENS of this Barangay have many indigent families, so we could not
really stars livelihood project. In this regards, may we then appeal to you Dear President to
please extend your assistance to our 78 members to make us live comfortable and active in our
daily duties.

We hope for you favorable and generous response to our plea and we salute you with a grateful
