listed charges after patrol observed a motorcycle traveling West on Sandstone
Drive at a high rate of speed. The motorcycle was estimated to have been
traveling 60 MPH in a listed 30 MPH zone. When patrols attempted to make a
traffic stop the subject began to slow down then pulled back out into traffic and
continued down the road, swerving back and forth before coming to a full stop.
During the stop patrols detected the odor of consumed alcohol coming from the
listed subject. A series of roadside sobriety tests were administered, which Deon
failed. Deon was transported back to Potsdam Police Department for processing
where a breathalyzer test determined his BAC to be .17%. A license check
