Sub-Committee Groups with Vacancies

We need more people to volunteer on sub-committees at Penguins. This


means meeting with a group of people a few times a year. Each sub-
committee will either already have existing volunteers on it or will
coordinate closely with a volunteer. This means that new volunteers in
these groups will have guidance about their new roles. Further details
about the committees with spaces can be found below.

Club Championships
 To organise the sprint and long-distance club champs.

Finance
 To meet to discuss any financial issues that arise. To decide on options for fees for
the next swimming year.

Open Water
 To organise a variety of open water events during a season.

Social and Fundraising


 To organise the summer and Christmas parties and other social and fundraising
events.

Welfare & Conduct


 To meet and consider welfare of all club members and the best ways to promote
this. To deal with any conduct issues that arise.
