Avaya IP500 with OneStream H.

A. Avaya Setup 
 
Open the Avaya IP Office Manager. 
 
Add IP Line: 
 
Right‐click on Line 
Select New, IP Line 
 
On VoIP Line tab 
  Set Incoming/Outgoing Group ID to new number (e.g. 1) 
   

 
 
On VoIP Settings tab 
  Set OneStream IP Address 
  Tick Enable Faststart option 
  Untick ALL other options 
 

 
 
Click OK  to save line. 
 
 
Add Short Code: 
 
Right‐click Short Code 
Select New 
   
Enter dial code ‐ to route all calls starting 07 to the OneStream the code is 07N   
Enter Telephone number ‐ . is normal and routes the call as dialled 
Enter the Line Group ID that was chosen for the IP Line (here it is 1) 
 

 
 
Note: 
 
You must have IP 500 Voice Networking license installed on the Avaya PBX to allow H323 trunk. 
 B. OneStream Setup 
 
Log in to the OneStream Web Interface 
 
Add a Group: 
 
Click on Groups tab 
Click Add 
 
Select Interface Type H.323 
 
Enter a Group Name (e.g. Avaya) 
Enter the Avaya PBX IP Address in the H.323 IP Address  field 
 

 
 
After the H.323 Group is added the OneStream must be restarted.
Add Routes: 
 
Click on Routes  tab 
 
Add route from Avaya to OneStream 
e.g. 

 
Add Route from OneStream to Avaya 
e.g. 

 
 
Note the Modified Originating Address must be set if the call originates from FXS
