Min 1. The meeting begun at 12:03hrs where the audit representatives were ushered into the Directors
Office and when all was settled the tender documents were opened one by one.
Min 2. The envelopes were opened and the tender price read out allowed for all to hear and note down.
The following table gives a summary of the audit company representatives and the respective
readings:

Min 3. It was confirmed to the representatives that an analysis will be done and the successful bidder will
be informed in writing. Signing of the contract between Cordaid and the successful bidder will be
done anytime between 7th and the 23rd of December 2015 or earlier.
Min4. It was also confirmed for the unsuccessful bidders that they will be informed in writing and the
reasons why the lost the bid.
