H FRAME

H Frames are still very popular means of erecting

scaffolding. It is made from standard scaffolding,
tubes. Two Rectangular Frames, also called H
Frames, are braced with cross bracing which are
secured on H Frames by split pins. For heavy
loadings, heavy duty Frames are available.

CROSS BRACE

 SLAB SUPPORT SYSTEM
DROP HEAD

The slab support system is designed to

support a large combination of grid
sizes for maximum reusability of
formwork & economy. Drophead offers
the facility for early striking of the
formwork.

The wedge plate on the Drophead can be

conveniently struck so that the
Drophead remains in position to support
the slab, but the decking beams can be
dismantled & assembled on next
location enabling optimum utilisation of
the formwork

6"x2" timber (152mmx51mm) and
provide support to steel panels or
plywood in make up areas where
standard Infill Beams are not suitable.

fixed on the Bracket and supported on

The Ledgers have forged blade ends which fit in the

cup joint on the standard. They can be used in variety
of Ledger size combinations to suit required bay size

Cantilever Frames support the formwork beyond the

external periphery of the slab. The frames have blade
ends for locating in the cup joint & accept adjustable
jacks in three positions of 1.2m, 1.25m & 1.3m.

INTERMEDIATE TRANSOM

Intermediate Transom provides a safe mid-bay

support for 38mm scaffold boards. They hold the
ledgers in their jaw sections and prevent the central
bending of the platform boards.

 BEAM SUPPORT BRACKET

Beam Support Bracket are used to support the drop

beams encountered within the regular slab support
grid. This eliminates the need for the beam bottoms to
be propped up from the ground. The Beam Brackets
are capable of receiving adjustable jacks for reaching
the beam bottom level.

This has a width of 228 mm and 38 mm depth with

High level economy and performance can be achieved by the use of adjustable Beam Spans in
conjunction with steel panels or with plywood forms. Both outer and inner members are
provided with tapered bearer plates for easy removal.

HEAVY DUTY PROP

Prop is a labour and time saving device to support shuttering and

centering. It is Made out of 60mm O.D. & 48mm O.D. tubes moving in each
other telescopically. A heavy duty S.G iron nut provides fine adjustment of
height of prop. Top and bottom plates are provided with nail holes for
wooden runner and holes for bolting. While using props one above the
other, it is essential to have bracing in two directions just above outer tube
for height beyond 3500mm. Use of props by double staging is
recommended upto 7000 mm height only. The threads are rolled and not
cut threads.
