Symptom
If the system carries out an unsuccessful delta download, you must use some utilities to
analyze the problems. This note discusses typical utilities that can help you to find and
correct the cause in many cases. This note can be used only for CRM Release 3.0 or higher
and SRM 2.0 or higher. For Releases 2.0B and 2.0C, refer to Note 337703.
Other terms
Possible sources of problems include: System capacity overload, RFC connection problems
(network) or incorrect configuration. This note only covers characteristic middleware-specific
situations and not the CRM application settings.
