    The undersigned would like to ask for the reassignment of


    ALIODEN MACARAO SARANGANI, in light with the Barangay and
    SK Election 2018 comes this May 14, 2018, It has come to our
    attention that Police is Sarangani is a relative to, ALIZAMAN A.
    OBINAY for Punong Barangay who filed his Certificate of Candidacy
    last April 20, 2018 at Madalum, Lanao del Sur.

    In order to have an appearance of Partiality and Transparency


    in the Philippine National Police, we request for your good office of
    the said reassignment.
