AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, VANESSA JOYCE L. CHING, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Davao City, Philippines, after being duly sworn in accordance with law hereby
depose and say that:

1. I am the corporate secretary of JVC AIRE SYSTEMS INC formerly

JVC AIRE SYSTEMS prior to its incorporation of which I was the sole
proprietor thereof.

2. JVC AIRE SYSTEMS previously contracted with CARLOS VILLA

ABRILLE & SONS, INC for the lease of an office space at 113-B CVA
Building, R. Magsaysay Ave., Davao City.

3. In view of the assignment of rights over JVC AIRE SYSTEMS to JVC

AIRE SYSTEMS INC. and the current Contract of Lease as
abovementioned which would last until January 4, 2019, JVC AIRE
SYSTEMS INC. is still not paying for any rental fee over said office
space. This is because JVC AIRE SYSTEMS of which I am the sole
proprietor will continue to pay for the rentals until the end of the term
for the outstanding Contract of Lease.

4. I attest to the truth of the foregoing circumstances and that I am

executing this affidavit to apprise any and all persons of such fact of
loss and for whatever other legal purposes this affidavit may serve.
