The company invests 8-9% of their revenue in R&D with over 1,100 patents filed worldwide. The
company is growing inorganically since 2012 by acquiring Unite Technologies, SynapSense and IntraVUE
to strengthen their DCIM and industrial automation software offerings.

the value chain – contractors, integrators, distributors .

Panduit is betting on IOT for industrial manufacturing becoming the company’s newest focus area. The
company being an early adopter of IIOT, has been working closely with Cisco on the IT side and Rockwell
