Talent Acquisition -
Manpower planning, sourcing through internal & external sources, selection, negotiation, offer
to placement process and induction process.
• Internal H.R. for the company - responsible for hiring new Recruits for the company and
conducting Induction Program, training and development session and keeping personal record
of the employees.
• Employee relations - Handling ER for more than 350 employees and Handling Employee
Grievances.

statutory & legal requirements
