Results of Preliminary Seepage Modelling of Infiltration Gallery
Update of August 8, 2016
Draft Technical Memorandum

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Amec Foster Wheeler Environment and Infrastructure (Amec Foster Wheeler) has developed a
two dimensional steady-state seepage model to estimate infiltration rates for a subsurface
Infiltration Gallery at the proposed Lions Gate Waste Water Treatment Plant (LGWWTP) in North
Vancouver, B.C. This memorandum is an update to the August 08, 2016 technical memorandum
prepared by Amec Foster Wheeler (Amec Foster Wheeler, 2016).

The current memorandum includes background information, methodology used and updates
made to the August 8, 2016 technical memorandum. The results of the seepage analysis are
presented in this memorandum and conclusion and recommendations are made.

2.0 BACKGROUND INFORMATION

A 23m x 120m retention pond was considered previously at the proposed LGWWTP site as a
permanent solution for stormwater retention; however, the retention pond concept was later
replaced with the underground infiltration gallery solution. The August 8, 2016 technical
memorandum (Amec Foster Wheeler, 2016) estimated the potential long-term infiltration rates
below the pond to range from 0.25 m3/min to 1.3 m3/min. As the stormwater storage concept has
been changed from the retention pond to the underground infiltration gallery solution, an update
and revision of the August 8, 2016 technical memorandum (attached as appendix A) are required.
Therefore, the main purpose of the current memorandum is updating the seepage models and
reporting the revised results.

The modelled underground infiltration gallery is a system of chambers that serves to evenly
distribute stormwater across the designated infiltrative surface. As a consequence of the discrete
nature of precipitation events and depending on rainfall intensity, the infiltrative surface may not
be able to infiltrate all of the stormwater as it is discharged from the chambers. Under this

scenario, some mounding of the stormwater can occur temporarily over the footprint of the
infiltration gallery.

Our understanding is that for the current project a use of infiltration system similar to the
StormTech MC-3500 is considered. Figure 1 shows an underground infiltration system
constructed of StormTech chambers and a technical brochure describing StormTech MC-3500 is
attached to this memorandum as Appendix B.

Figure 1: Infiltration System Constructed from StormTech Chambers

Based on our understanding the following inputs are to be used for the system design:

• The Infiltration System is expected to be constructed using detention chambers, similar

to the StormTech MC-3500;
• Ground surface elevation at the footprint of the infiltration system is estimated to be at
elevation of about +2.8m;
• Top of chamber is estimated to be about 0.7m below grade (corresponding to an
elevation of +2.1m);
• Bottom of the chamber is estimated to be about 1.8m below grade (corresponding to
an elevation of +1.0m); and,
• Chambers to be installed with a minimum of 300mm of stone above, 230mm of stone
below and 230mm of stone between chamber/end caps and 40% stone porosity.
Minimum installed storage per chamber: 5 m3.

Two alternatives (Alternative # 1 and # 2) are considered. Alternative # 1 (Figure 2) consists of

two infiltration areas 92m x 16m (seven rows of chambers) and 60m x 9m (four rows of chambers).
Alternative # 2 (Figure 3) consists of two infiltration areas 92m x 16m (seven rows of chambers)
and 120m x 9m (four rows of chambers).

3.0 SUBSURFACE INFORMATION

The geotechnical site conditions in the vicinity of the proposed infiltration gallery location were
characterized during 2012 & 2013 site investigations conducted by Golder Associates Ltd. Similar
to the August 8, 2016 technical memorandum, the model stratigraphy was based on two
boreholes (SH12-02 and SH13-09) drilled adjacent the proposed footprint of the infiltration gallery.
A cross-section with interpreted subsurface conditions between these two boreholes is shown on
Figure 4.

The subsurface profile consists of about 2.3 m of fill material, underlain by approximately 5.3 m
of sand and gravel, which in turn is underlain by about 1.3 m of silt and sand. The silt and sand
layer is underlain by a 1.6 m sand layer, which is underlain by approximately 0.6 m thick clayey
silt. Similar to the August 8, 2016 technical memorandum, for the modelling purposes, the clayey
silt layer is considered to form an impermeable boundary. Although, the lateral extent and
thickness of the clayey silt impermeable boundary across the west half of the footprint of the
proposed infiltration gallery is unknown, the model assumes that the clayey silt impermeable layer
is continuous across the footprint of the infiltration gallery.

Figure 4: Interpreted Subsurface Conditions Between Boreholes SH12-02 and SH13-09 (Golder
Associates Ltd, 2013)

It should be noted that based on the 2012 & 2013 geotechnical site investigations the gradation
of the fill decreases with depth (fining downwards). Consequently, permeability of the fill likely
decreases with depth resulting in potentially reduced infiltration rates from the gallery.

Ground elevation at the borehole locations (at the east half of the footprint of the infiltration gallery)
ranges between approximately +2.6m to +2.8 m. The groundwater table is at an average of +1.0m
elevation (estimated from a measured range of 0.7 m to 1.4 m above mean sea level).

4.0 SEEP/W
The seepage analyses for the current study were conducted using two-dimensional finite element
software SEEP/W, developed by GEO- SLOPE International, Ltd (GEO-SLOPE 2007). SEEP/W

is a general seepage analysis program that models both saturated and unsaturated flow using
soil water characteristic curves and user defined boundary conditions.

5.0 MODEL GEOMETRY

As described in Section 2.0, two alternatives are considered for the initial infiltrative surface area.
Both alternatives include two underground infiltration galleries comprised of seven and four rows
of chambers respectively. Considering longitudinal nature of the galleries, it is reasonable to
model the galleries in a transverse two-dimensional manner (per metre length).

A single MC-3500 chamber geometry taken from the technical brochure (Appendix B) is shown
on Figure 5. This geometry was replicated in the CAD format.

Figure 5: StormTech MC-3500 Chamber

Using the chamber geometry, both design alternatives listed in Section 2.0 and interpreted
subsurface conditions shown on Figure 4, two models representing four rows of chambers and
seven rows of chambers were developed in SEEP W. Figure 6 shows resultant geometry for the
seven rows of chambers infiltration gallery.

6.0 MATERIAL PROPERTIES

Saturated hydraulic conductivities (ksat) used in both design alternatives were consistent with the
August 8, 2016 technical memorandum (Amec Foster Wheeler, 2016) and are presented in Table
1.

Material Ksat (m/sec)

Fill 1x10-5 to 1x10-6
Sand-Gravel 1x10-3
Silt-Sand 1x10-7
Sand 1x10-5

Conductivity functions were utilized from the SEEP/W library to approximate seepage in the
unsaturated upper gravel and fill layers.

It should be noted that in the absence of actual (measured) hydraulic conductivities, the values
shown in Table 1 were approximated based on Hazen empirical estimates and published typical
values. No in-situ site-specific data was available at the time of this seepage analysis, Hydraulic
conductivities estimated from the Hazen empirical relationship are order of magnitude estimates
and only be used for a first order estimate of the infiltration rates. Field permeability testing should
be completed and the seepage model should be revised accordingly during the final design.

The range of hydraulic conductivities assigned to the fill (1x10-5 to 1x10-6 m/sec) reflects the fining
downward gradation of this material. Therefore, the upper bound hydraulic conductivity (1x10-
5
m/sec) is considered to be an estimate of the hydraulic conductivity at the top of the fill and the
lower bound hydraulic conductivity (1x10-6m/sec) is considered to be an estimate of the hydraulic
conductivity at the bottom of the fill.

7.0 BOUNDARY CONDITIONS

The far right and left boundary conditions of the model were set to a piezometric elevation of
+1.0m to represent the far-field conditions unaffected by the underground infiltration gallery. The
pressure head of 1.14 m (full height of the chamber) was applied at the base of each chamber
representing the underground infiltration gallery being completely filled up with water.

8.0 ANALYSIS TYPE

As per SEEP/W manual:

There are two fundamental types of finite element seepage analyses, steady-state and
transient. In the steady-state seepage type of analysis, it is assumed that water pressures
and water flow rates reached a steady value and will be in that state for a long time. This
type of analysis does not consider how long it takes to achieve a steady condition. In many
cases where the geotechnical problem is exposed to nature with its cyclical conditions, it
is possible that a steady state will never be reached.

A transient analysis by definition means one that is always changing. It is changing

because it considers how long the soil takes to respond to the user boundary conditions.
Examples of transient analyses include predicting the time it takes the core of a dam to
“wet up” when the reservoir is filled quickly; or predicting where the seepage will exit the
face of a dam if a heavy rainfall event is applied over the ground surface.
Lions Gate WWTP
Update of Infiltration Gallery Preliminary Seepage Modelling
September 2016
Page 7

The rainfall events usually have more of transient nature unless they last long enough to be
approximated with the steady-state solution. It is reasonable to assume that the steady-state like
conditions are likely to develop under the following conditions:

• during the long rainfall event; and

• if the discharge point of the stormwater is located near the groundwater elevation and the
material around and under the chamber is highly permeable (such as a clean gravel).

For the current model, the chambers are assumed to be filled with water and remain saturated
such that steady-state seepage is on-going. This does not necessarily accurately represent the
actual seepage conditions that would develop during or after a specific rainfall event. If a more
accurate characterization of the infiltrative capacity of the fill or underlying sand and gravel to
infiltrate rainfall events is required, a review of rainfall intensity and runoff records is required.
9.0 RESULTS
The total head contours and water flow directions for the long-term seepage conditions for the
seven row of chambers infiltration system are presented on Figures 7 and 8 corresponding to fill
hydraulic conductivity of 1x10-5 and 1x10-6 m/sec respectively. A full set of the graphical results
for all conditions analyzed is provided at the end of this memo as Appendix C.

The total flux measured at the base of all chambers (per metre length of the gallery) is summarized
in Table 2.
Table 2: Model Results Summary

1x10-6 m/sec -5 3
3.1 x 10 m /sec 2.0 x 10-5 m3/sec

The results of the analyses suggest that the estimated infiltration rates are sensitive to
permeability of the fill. Considering that this fill layer becomes more silty and clayey with the depth,
it is likely that the infiltration rates obtained with fill permeability of 1x10-6 m/sec are more
representative of actual conditions.

To obtain more accurate estimate of infiltration rates, a thorough investigation of the stratigraphy
at the footprint of the gallery and particularly the in-situ hydraulic conductivity of the materials
(especially fill) below the infiltration gallery is recommended. This investigation may not
necessarily result in more favorable infiltration rates and other measures to increase these rates
may still have to be considered.

Measures to increase the infiltration rate could be either of the following:

• Remove the fill completely and backfill the excavation with a clean gravel as schematically
shown on Figure 9; or
• Partially remove the fill only beneath the infiltration chambers and back fill with clean gravel
as schematically shown on Figure 10.

It should be noted that the existing fill may need to be removed to deal with environmental
contaminant issues.

Each of these scenarios were run in the SEEP/W model. The total steady-state infiltration rates
of about 2.2 x 10-4 m3/sec and 2.0 x 10-4 m3/sec were estimated per metre length of the seven
rows of chambers and four rows of chambers galleries, respectively (regardless of the fill
permeability and whether the fill was removed partially or completely).

On the basis of the modelled flux rates and assumptions presented above, the infiltrative
capacities of each design alternative are presented in Table 3.

It should be noted that the infiltration rates presented above are also affected by fluctuation of the
groundwater level. For the modelling purposes an average elevation of +1.0m was assumed;
however, as mentioned in Section 3.0, the actual groundwater levels range from +0.7m to +1.4m.
Preliminary seepage checks were carried out to determine the possible effect of the groundwater
fluctuation on the infiltration rates. The results of these preliminary checks suggest that a raise
of groundwater to an elevation of +1.4m (which represents the maximum groundwater level
elevation recorded during the earlier Golder Associates site investigations) will result in about
35% decrease of the infiltration rates presented above. If groundwater falls to an elevation of
+0.7m, this will result in a 25% increase of the infiltration rates presented above. Establishment
of groundwater monitoring program is recommended to evaluate the fluctuation of groundwater
level more accurately and to update the seepage model.

10.0 FINDING AND RECOMMENDATIONS

The key findings of the preliminary seepage assessment conducted for the underground
infiltration gallery are summarized below:
Lions Gate WWTP
Update of Infiltration Gallery Preliminary Seepage Modelling
September 2016
Page 10

- Seven chamber infiltration rates ranged between 1.3 x 10-4 m3/sec and 3.1 x 10-5 m3/sec
(per metre length of the gallery);
- Four chambers infiltration rates ranged between 1.0 x 10-4 m3/sec and 2.0 x 10-5 m3/sec
(per metre length of the gallery);
- Estimated infiltration rates are sensitive to the hydraulic conductivity of the upper fill layer.
Considering that this fill layer is fining downwards, infiltration rates at the low end of the
ranges presented above are considered to be more representative of actual conditions;
- In absence of measured hydraulic conductivities, the values used for the current study are
approximate based on the Hazen empirical relationship and published typical values.
Hydraulic conductivities estimated from the Hazen empirical relationship are order of
magnitude estimates and only be used for a first order estimate of the infiltration rates;
- To obtain more accurate estimate of infiltration rates, a thorough investigation of the
stratigraphy at the footprint of the gallery and determination of the in-situ hydraulic
conductivity of the fill and underlying sand and gravel is strongly recommended. It should
be noted that this investigation may not necessarily result in favorable greater infiltrative
capacity, but this detailed field investigation will provide the basis for appropriate design
considerations and greater confidence in the predictive capacity of the SEEP/W model;
- If the fill below the footprint of the infiltration gallery is excavated and the excavation is
backfilled with a clean gravel, infiltration rates of 2.2 x 10-4 m3/sec and 2.0 x 10-4 m3/sec
per metre length of the seven rows of chambers and four rows of chambers galleries,
respectively, are expected;
- It is understood that the existing fill may need to be removed to deal with environmental
contaminant issues;
- The infiltration rates presented above are affected by fluctuation of the groundwater level.
For the modelling purposes an average elevation of +1.0m was assumed; however the
actual groundwater levels may range from +0.7m to +1.4m. Preliminary seepage checks
show that a raise of groundwater to an elevation of +1.4m will result in about 35% decrease
of the infiltration rates presented above. If groundwater falls to an elevation of +0.7m, this
will result in a 25% increase of the infiltration rates. A groundwater monitoring program is
recommended to evaluate the fluctuation of groundwater level more accurately and to
update the seepage model; and,
- The current model assumes that the chambers are filled with water and remain saturated
in a steady-state condition. This is not representative of seepage conditions that would
develop during or after a rainfall event. If a more accurate characterization of the infiltrative
capacity of the fill or underlying sand and gravel to infiltrate rainfall events is required, a
review of rainfall intensity and runoff records is required.

SUBJECT: Lions Gate WWTP:
Results of Preliminary Seepage Modelling at the Infiltration Gallery

Amec Foster Wheeler Environment and Infrastructure Ltd. (Amec Foster Wheeler) has prepared this
technical memorandum to summarize the preliminary results of two dimensional (2D) seepage modelling
performed in order to estimate infiltration rates below the Infiltration Gallery at the proposed Lions Gate
Waste Water Treatment Plant (LGWWTP) in North Vancouver, B.C. The analysis was requested by Rick
Piccolo of Dialog Design on behalf of the Architectural Design Team.

Background Information: The Infiltration Gallery is a permanent storm water retention pond that is part
of the infrastructure that will be constructed for the LGWWTP. The geotechnical conditions in the vicinity
of the pond were characterized during 2012 & 2013 site investigations conducted by Golder Associates
Ltd. The results of these investigations are summarized in the reports contained in Appendix 8B and 8C
of the LGWWTP Project Definition Report Volume 2 Appendices (February 2014). The 2012 and 2013
Testhole Location Plan appended to this memo provides the locations of the geotechnical boreholes.
Figure 1, below, depicts the approximate location of the Infiltration Gallery in relation to the existing
boreholes.

Methodology: A seepage model was developed in SEEP/W (Geo-Slope International Ltd., 2012). First,
a 1D model examining vertical infiltration was developed, then this was extended to include 2D lateral
flow. The model stratigraphy was based on the two boreholes in close proximity to the Infiltration Gallery
(SH12-02 and SH13-09). These borehole logs, as well as the stratigraphic cross-section A-A’ (location
shown on the Testhole Location Plan) are appended. The model stratigraphy is presented in Figure 2.

Figure 2: Seepage model stratigraphy.

Model assumptions:
• The subsurface profile considered consists of 3.1 m of fill, underlain by 5 m of sand and gravel,
which in turn is underlain by 2 m of silt and sand. The silt and sand layer is underlain by a 1.5 m
sand layer, which is underlain by clayey silt.
• The clayey silt layer encountered at a depth of approximately 11.6 m is considered to form an
impermeable boundary for the purposes of this model.
• Ground level (the top of the fill) is at 4.1 m elevation.
• The initial groundwater table prior to construction is at an average of 1 m elevation (estimated
from a measured range of 0.7 m to 1.4 m).
• The pond depth is 2 m.
• The pond is impounded horizontally by a relatively impermeable barrier (represented in the model
by the pond embankment), but the pond is not lined (i.e. there is no barrier at the bottom of the
pond).
• All materials are fully saturated.
• Horizontal hydraulic conductivity is equivalent to vertical hydraulic conductivity.

The saturated hydraulic conductivities (ksat) for the sand-gravel, silt-sand, and sand units were estimated
based on the grain size distribution curves using the Hazen Equation (Hazen, 1892) and by a study
performed by Kenney et al., 1984. Grain size distribution results used are appended to this memo. The
ksat values estimated from these methods are shown in Table 1. The ksat values for the fill and pond
embankment were estimated using engineering judgement and considering the soil descriptions provided
in the borehole logs. Table 2 presents the ksat values used in the model. A sensitivity analysis was
performed using two different values of ksat in the fill material.

The model was constructed in two stages:

1) Initial conditions: An initial groundwater table is established by applying a piezometric elevation of
+1 m at the base of the model.
2) Long term conditions: The groundwater table at the base of the model is removed. The far right
boundary condition is set to a piezometric elevation of +1m, representing the far-field conditions
unaffected by the pond. The pressure head in the pond is set to 2 m (i.e., difference in total head
of 5.1 m between the surface of the pond and the free-field hydrostatic condition), and a potential
seepage face boundary condition is applied to the downstream side of the pond embankment and
the ground surface downstream of the pond.

Results and Discussion:

The total head contours and water flow directions for the long-term seepage conditions are presented in
Figure 3. Total head is dissipated primarily in the stratigraphic units adjacent to the pond - the existing fill
and the pond embankment fill. The direction of infiltration from the pond has a strong lateral component
through the high permeability sand-gravel layer.

The total flux was measured at the base of the pond and at the base of several of the stratigraphic units,
as well as in a closed rectangle at the base of the fill in order to obtain the overall flux both vertically and

Considering the approximate dimensions of the pond (120 m by 23 m), the infiltration rate at the base of

the pond is between about 0.25 m /min (for ksat of 1E-6 m/s in fill) and about 1.3 m /min (for a ksat of
1E-5 m/s in the fill). Table 3 shows that the long term infiltration rates are sensitive to the magnitude of
the hydraulic conductivity of the fill material. It is also anticipated that the results are sensitive to the depth
of the pond. In order to obtain a more accurate estimate of the infiltration rate below the pond, this
analysis should be re-conducted after a thorough investigation of the stratigraphy and particularly the
hydraulic conductivity of the materials below the pond has been performed. Pond depth and the hydraulic
conductivity of the pond containment system should also be confirmed.

StormTech Technical Services Department assists design professionals in specifying StormTech stormwater systems.
This assistance includes the layout of chambers to meet the engineer’s volume requirements and the connections to
and from the chambers. The Technical Department can also assist converting and cost engineering projects currently
specified with ponds, pipe, concrete vaults and other manufactured stormwater detention/retention products. Please
note that it is the responsibility of the design engineer to ensure that the chamber bed layout meets all design require-
ments and is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing a project.

This manual is exclusively intended to assist engineers in the design of subsurface stormwater systems using StormTech chambers.

2.0 Foundations for Chambers

2.1 FOUNDATION REQUIREMENTS LIVE AND DEAD LOAD
StormTech chamber systems can be installed in various
soil types. The subgrade bearing capacity and the cover
height over the chambers determine the required depth
of clean, crushed, angular foundation stone below the STONE
COLUMN
chambers. Foundation stone, also called bedding,
is the stone between the subgrade soils and the feet of
the chamber. Flexible structures are designed to transfer LOAD
a significant portion of both live and dead loads through PATH
the surrounding soils. Chamber systems accomplish this
by creating load paths through the columns of embed-
ment stone between and around the rows of chambers. FOUNDATION STONE
This creates load concentrations at the base of the SUBGRADE
columns between the rows. The foundation stone spreads
out the concentrated loads to distributed loads that can
be supported by the subgrade soils.
Since increasing the cover height (top of chamber to 2.2 WEAKER SOILS
finished grade) causes increasing soil load, a greater StormTech has not provided guidance for subgrade
depth of foundation stone is necessary to distribute the bearing capacities less than 2000 pounds per square
load to the subgrade soils. Table 1 and 2 specify the foot [(2.0 ksf) (96 kPa)]. These soils are often highly vari-

3.2 FILL ABOVE CHAMBERS

Refer to Table 3 and Figure 11 for acceptable fill material
above the clean, crushed, angular stone. StormTech
requires a minimum of 24" (600 mm) from the top of
the chamber to the bottom of flexible pavement. For
non-paved installations where rutting from vehicles may
occur StormTech requires a minimum of 30" (750 mm)
from top of chamber to finished grade.

3.3 GEOTEXTILE SEPARATION

A non-woven geotextile meeting AASHTO M288 Class 2
separation requirements must be installed to completely
envelope the system and prevent soil intrusion into the
crushed, angular stone. Overlap adjacent geotextile
rolls per AASHTO M288 separation guidelines. Contact
StormTech for a list of acceptable geotextiles. System cross section.

3.4 PARALLEL ROW SEPARATION/

PERPENDICULAR BED SEPARATION
Parallel Row Separation
The minimum installed spacing between parallel rows
after backfilling is 9” (230 mm) for the MC-3500 and
MC-4500 chambers (measurement taken between the
outside edges of the feet). Spacers may be used for
layout convenience. Row spacing wider than the
minimum spacing above may be specified.

Increasing the spacing between chamber rows may

allow the application of StormTech chambers with either
less foundation stone or with weaker subgrade soils.
This may be a good option where vertical restrictions on
site prevent the use of a deeper foundation.

Perpendicular Bed Separation

When beds are laid perpendicular to each other, a
minimum installed spacing of 36" (900 mm) between Minumum Row Spacing 9” (230 mm)
beds is required.

The primary function of the outlet manifold is to convey FIGURE 14 – Typical Inlet, Outlet and Underdrain Configuration

row connections than inlet manifolds. In some applica- CHAMBERS

an unattenuated bypass flow rate and manifolds may be
sized similar to inlet manifolds.

Since chambers are generally flowing at or near full at

9.0 Inspection and Maintenance

9.1 ISOLATOR ROW INSPECTION

Regular inspection and maintenance are essential to assure
a properly functioning stormwater system. Inspection is
easily accomplished through the manhole or optional
inspection ports of an Isolator Row. Please follow local
and OSHA rules for a confined space entry.
Inspection ports can allow inspection to be accomplished
completely from the surface without the need for a con-
fined space entry. Inspection ports provide visual access
to the system with the use of a flashlight. A stadia rod
may be inserted to determine the depth of sediment.
If upon visual inspection it is found that sediment has
accumulated to an average depth exceeding 3" (76 mm),
cleanout is required.
A StormTech Isolator Row should initially be inspected

immediately after completion of the site’s construction.
While every effort should be made to prevent sediment
from entering the system during construction, it is during
this time that excess amounts of sediments are most
likely to enter any stormwater system. Inspection and
maintenance, if necessary, should be performed prior
to passing responsibility over to the site’s owner. Once
in normal service, a StormTech Isolator Row should be
inspected bi-annually until an understanding of the sites
characteristics is developed. The site’s maintenance
manager can then revise the inspection schedule based
on experience or local requirements.

9.2 ISOLATOR ROW MAINTENANCE

JetVac maintenance is recommended if sediment has
been collected to an average depth of 3" (76 mm) inside
the Isolator Row. More frequent maintenance may be
required to maintain minimum flow rates through the A typical JetVac truck. (This is not a StormTech product.)
Isolator Row. The JetVac process utilizes a high pressure
water nozzle to propel itself down the Isolator Row while
scouring and suspending sediments. As the nozzle is
retrieved, a wave of suspended sediments is flushed back
into the manhole for vacuuming. Most sewer and pipe
maintenance companies have vacuum/ JetVac combi-
nation vehicles. Fixed nozzles designed for culverts or
large diameter pipe cleaning are preferable. Rear facing
jets with an effective spread of at least 45" (1143 mm)
are best. The JetVac process shall only be performed
on StormTech Rows that have AASHTO class 1 woven
geotextile over their foundation stone (ADS 315WTM or
equal).
