Instructions for Use

1. Input can be made on other sheets in the 'Yellow' shaded cells only.
2. Fill up the Vessel & Voyage details on the 'Cover Page' sheet first.
3. Waypoint details i.e.Way point numbers, Latitudes & Longitudes are to be entered on the 'Way Pts
4. Fill up Est speed, Posn fixing method/interval, Minm UKC etc. in the relevant columns on the
5. Other information for each waypoint/leg e.g. relevant chart numbers, Bridge note book information etc.can be filled i
'Yellow' shaded cells directly beneath each waypoint on the 'Passage Plan' sheet itself.
6. For position fixing method entry use following code letters only : 'V/R' - Visual/Radar, GPS - GPS/DGPS, 'C' - Cel
7. Printouts of 'Cover Page' & 'Passage Plan' can be obtained by choosing 'Print Preview / Print'
'File' menu after selecting no. of sheets to be printed.
8. Additional information viz. Wheel-over positions, No-Go areas, Contingency anchorages, Abort position,
Position Fixing Intervals, Parallel Indexing information etc. must be marked in pencil on the relevant charts.
