Agreement for OS Handling

I, the undersigned, agree on the following articles for service and

maintenance works on ALOKA products under the Certification
Program of OS Handling,
Objective operating system: Microsoft Windows NT4.0, Microsoft
Windows 2000 Professional, Microsoft
Windows XP Embedded

Training attended: Mexico City, 5 – March - 2010.

Articles
1. Scope
The certificate limits to the specific operating system used in ALOKA products and/or its
optional units.
For actual work on products, the attendance at the technical training course and
understanding the product are required.

2. Validation/Invalidation and Term

Certification will be validated on the date of issue, and for an indefinite period except the case
of invalidation with one of following reasons,
2.1. On the event that the certificate holder quits the company/party mentioned in the
agreement.
2.2. On the event that the certificate holder or their company/party applies the renunciation
of certificate.
2.3. On the event that the contract between ALOKA and company/party mentioned in the
agreement has expired.
2.4. On the event that ALOKA announces the revocation of certificate due to the violation of
this agreement.
2.5. On the event that ALOKA announces the discontinuation of Certification Program of OS
Handling.
3. Permission
Following works are permitted under the certificate,
3.1. Any operations/works instructed in the documents distributed by ALOKA.
3.2. Any operations/works instructed by technical support division of ALOKA.
4. Prohibition
Following works are prohibited even for certificate holder,
4.1. Illegal changes on any files of operating system and ALOKA’s software set.
4.2. Illegal duplication of file/folder/partition/disk, which is not instructed by ALOKA.
4.3. Illegal installation of application programs/services/components, which is not instructed
by ALOKA.
