About Sari Roti

1. HISTORY
1995-2001

Established as a foreign
investment company named PT Nippon Indosari Corporation and operated the first
factory in Cikarang, West Java. Commercial production of “Sari Roti” brand breads
commenced in 1996 and two machinery lines were added in 2001.

2003-2008
Changed the Company's
name to PT Nippon
Indosari Corpindo from
PT Nippon Indosari
Corporation in 2003. The
second factory started in
Pasuruan, East Java in
2005 and third factory
was opened in
Cikarang,West Java, in
2008.
2010-2014
Initial Public Offering was
on 28th June, 2010 on
the Indonesia Stock
Exchange with the ticker
code “ROTI”. Factories in
Semarang (Central Java)
and Medan (North
Sumatera) were opened
in 2011. The Company
started the sixth factory
in Cibitung (West Java) in 2012, as well as adding one new production line to each of the
existing factories located in Pasuruan, Semarang, and Medan. Another two new
factories in Makassar (South Sulawesi) and Palembang (South Sumatera) started their
operations in 2013, followed by double capacity factories in Purwakarta (West Java) and
Cikande (Banten) in 2014.

2015 - Now

4. AREA OF OPERATIONS
PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. as Indonesia largest mass market producer of bread
has established their factories all over Indonesia in order to expand the business and
reach out the consumers.
Until III 2016, Bread Growth Revenue Grows 6 Percent

Net profit of PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI) rose by 5.71 percent until Q3 /
2016 to Rp 203.7 billion from Rp 192.7 billion year-on-year (YOY). The growing profit of
bread producers under the Sari Roti brand is supported by the company's sales increase
from January to September 2016 by 17.1 percent to Rp 1.84 trillion from the same
period of 2015.
The issuer's capitalization in the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has the trade code of
ROTI reaches Rp 7.7 trillion. While the number of employees in 2016 reached 2,451
workers. The share price of ROTI on December 8, 2016 was closed at Rp 1,505 per share,
which is up 18.97 percent compared to the end of 2015 position, which is Rp 1,265 per
share.
After the peaceful action of December 2, 2016 (212), Sari Roti became the conversation
for circulating a number of carts of its traveling merchants in the outline of the words
"Free to Mujahid". This led to the notion that the bakery became a sponsor of the
